Summer is in full swing, and we are thrilled about the fantastic events and activities lined up for July at Covered Bridge and Champions Pointe Golf Clubs. As the temperatures rise, so do our opportunities to enjoy the game we love. We eagerly anticipate all that this month has in store and can't wait to share these experiences with you. We also want to bring to your attention the presence of geese on our golf course. These birds are protected by law, and it is essential that they are treated with respect and care If you encounter any issues with the geese, please do not take any action yourself

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the warm welcome I've received since arriving from Kansas four months ago, along with my wife and our beloved pups It's been a joy to settle in and become part of this vibrant community I deeply appreciate all the support extended to me, and I especially want to acknowledge our dedicated staff whose hard work drives our success day in and day out

As we head into summer, our golf courses are beginning to show signs of heat stress, particularly around cart paths To minimize wear and help preserve the course, golfers can assist by adopting the "scatter" method When leaving the cart path, choose routes that are green and robust, allowing weaker areas time to recover I want to extend a personal thank you to Chris Rosio and Scott Sieckert for their unwavering dedication and exceptional contributions, helping us maintain two of Indiana's premier facilities

Folds of Honor Scholarship Fund Drive
As we approach the 4th of July, a time to celebrate our nation's independence, we also reflect on the sacrifices made by many to protect our freedom In honor of those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice, we are excited to offer a special opportunity to make this holiday even more meaningful
We are proud to announce the sale of our two sided commemorative challenge coins, in partnership with Folds of Honor. Each coin is priced at $25, and we have 200 coins available for purchase. Our goal is to raise $5,000, which will fund one scholarship from Covered Bridge and Champions Pointe.
By purchasing a coin, you contribute directly to Folds of Honor, supporting educational scholarships for the families of fallen and disabled service members, as well as first responders who have dedicated their lives to our safety and freedom
Coins can be purchased at either golf shop or by emailing Chris Tuohey at ctuohey@kempersports.com. All funds will go directly to Folds of Honor.
