WELCOME Hi there, First off, thank you so much for supporting the Cold Brew on Tap and helping bring it to life. We’ve been using our prototype for months and not only enjoy the process of making homemade cold brew but love how much money we’re saving and how convenient it is to have cold brew on hand all the time! We hope you love your Cold Brew on Tap just as much. Cold Brew can be enjoyed in so many other ways than just plain in a coffee mug. To get your creative juices flowing about all the different ways you can use cold brew we’ve compiled some of our favorite recipes. In the following pages you’ll find delicious twists on cold brew coffee, desserts using cold brew and even some of our favorite food dishes that use cold brew! We couldn’t leave our tea lovers out so at the end of this ebook you’ll find a section on making iced tea with your Cold Brew on Tap! COLD IRISH MORNING Ingredients
Directions
1 ounce Irish whiskey 2 ounces of cold brew coffee 2 ounces of cold water ½ ounce of cream or milk Sugar or simple syrup to taste
COMBINE all above ingredients in a glass and stir vigorously POUR and serve over ice

COLD BREW COFFEE OVERNIGHT OATS WITH PROTEIN Ingredients
Directions
Unsweetened almond milk Cold Brew coffee 1 scoop protein powder 1 scoop chia seeds Honey
In a mason jar (or small bowl), add oats, coffee, almond milk, protein powder, chia seeds and a drizzle of maple syrup. Put the lid on the mason jar and give it a shake (or stir if you're using a bowl).Place mixture in the fridge to chill overnight. REPLACE the water or milk you usually use to make your oats in the morning with a 1 to 1 ratio of cold brew and almond milk. COMBINE oats, milk, cold brew, protein powder, chia seeds and a bit of honey in a mason jar or small bowl. STIR or SHAKE the mixture and cover or seal with the mason jar lid and place in the fridge to chill overnight.

COLD BREW COFFEE RECIPE BOOK
COFFEE PANCAKES WITH CARAMELIZED BANANA TOPPING Ingredients

2/3 cup cold brew coffee 2/3 cup whole milk 1 1/2 cup white flour 3 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp white sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 whole egg 3 tbsp butter melted
COMBINE all the dry ingredients in a large bowl and whisk together. ADD in the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly. HEAT a pan or griddle on medium heat and grease with oil or butter.POUR ½ cup scoops of batter onto griddle. Wait until edges firm up and start to bubble and flip. WHILE cooking pancakes cook 2 sliced bananas and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet until bananas are soft and cooked down. SPOON caramelized bananas over stack of pancakes and drizzle with syrup.

VANILLA BEAN ICED COFFEE Ingredients

1 cup milk 4 vanilla beans, spilt length wise ¼ cup suagr Ice cubes
Coffee is all about experimenting, if you have had enough of the strong brewed coffee taste, try adding a strong vanilla flavor to your ice brewed coffee concentrate. Here’s the recipe: COMBINE 3 vanilla beans (split lengthwise), 1 cup of milk and ¼ cup of sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a simmer and then remove from heat. STEEP vanilla beans in mixture as it cools for about 30 minutes FILL four glasses with 8 oz each of cold brew coffee and top with about ¼ cup each of milk mixture. ENJOY.

COLD BREW OLD FASHIONED Ingredients

3 Tablespoons of orange syrup. 5 dashes of bitters (bonus if you use orange bitters) 1 maraschino cherry (garnish) Orange peel (garnish) Ice. Optional - 50 ml of high end bourbon whiskey
COMBINE your orange syrup and bitters in a glass. ADD into 32 ouncees of cold brew in the Cold Brew on Tap and stir well Stir well, and garnish with orange and cherry. GARNISH each glass with orange peel, cherry and a splash of your favorite bourbon whiskey (if desired).

THAI ICED COFFEE Ingredients

1 cup sweetened condensed milk 1 cup milk 4 - 6 teaspoons ground cardamom 32 oz cold brew
STIR 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk with 1 cup of regular milk together. Then add 4 - 6 teaspoons of ground cardamom to taste.

½ cup of almond milk ⅛ cup of vanilla extract. 1.5 tablespoons of cinnamon 32 oz cold brew coffee Ice

3 ounces cold brew coffee 12 ounces of pecan, almond or other milk 1-2 frozen bananas (cut in slices) 1 tbsp of agave syrup or honey Âź tsp of vanilla extract 10 ice cubes

PUMPKIN SPICE INFUSED COLD BREW Ingredients

1/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup pure maple syrup 1/3 cup unsweetened pumpkin purĂŠe 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves Pinch of salt 1/2 pure vanilla extract
WHISK together ingredients in a medium pot over medium heat. Simmer for about 5 to 6 minutes, stirring frequently, until smooth and slightly thickened. REMOVE from heat. Once cool, pour leftovers into an airtight jar or container and store in the fridge or combine into a batch of homemade cold brew (add in small amounts and adjust to taste)

MAPLE COLD BREW Ingredients

Half-and-half if desired 1 cup pure maple syrup 1 vanilla bean, sliced open vertically and seeds scraped 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
COMBINE maple syrup, vanilla bean and seeds from vanilla bean in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes. REMOVE from heat and let steep for 30 minutes. DISCARD vanilla bean and add in vanilla extract. ADD this vanilla-maple syrup to your glass of cold brew to taste.

COCO-LIME COLD BREW Ingredients

5 oz cold brew coffee Juice from a lime 2 ounces coconut cream 2 handfuls of ice
COMBINE all the ingredients in a blender and blend until well combined. ADD in a little milk to help blend the mixture. POUR into a glass and garnish with some lime zest.

Cold Brew Coffee Club soda or ginger beer 1 Orange
ADD ice to a glass and fill 1/3 full with cold brew coffee. TOP off the glass with club soda or ginger beer. ADD a squeeze of orange juice to the glass and garnish with an orange peel.

ICED YUANG YUANG (HONG KONG STYLE TEA BREWED WITH COFFEE)

4 cups iced black tea 4 cups cold brew coffee 5-8 tablespoons sugar 3/4 cup half and half
Brew your black tea and let it cool or chill it overnight in the fridge. Combine your chilled black tea with your cold brew in a pitcher. Stir in the sugar, varying the amount according to personal preference and taste.
Stir in the half and half. Stir entire mixture thoroughly and serve.

CARAMEL FRAPPUCINO Ingredients

Almond or regular milk poured into ice cube trays to make ice cubes 15 pitted dates (200 g // if not sticky and moist, see notes) 3-6 Tbsp hot water 4 cups of cold brew
COMBINE 15 pitted dates to a food processor or blender and pulse/mix on low until small bits remain, then slowly pour in hot water with the machine on until it forms a paste. ADD 15 ice cubes made from milk and the cold brew to the blender/food processor. Blend until frothy. SERVE into glasses and top with whipped cream.

COLD AMARETTO TODDY Ingredients

½ oz of Amaretto ½ oz of Kahlua 6 oz of dark roast, cold brew coffee 1 scoop of chocolate ice cream. 2 oz of cold water Whipped cream
BLEND everything except the whipped cream into the blender and give it a healthy beating until frothy. POUR into a glass once blended and top with whipped cream.

MOLASSES AND COFFEE PORK CHOPS Ingredients
Directions
1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled 6 ounces molasses, by weight (about 1/2 cup) 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon dijon mustard 2 cloves garlic, minced Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 6 to 8 sprigs fresh thyme 4 6-to-8-ounce bone-in pork chops (1 inch thick) 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled 6 ounces molasses, by weight (about 1/2 cup) 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon dijon mustard 2 cloves garlic, minced Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 6 to 8 sprigs fresh thyme 4 6-to-8-ounce bone-in pork chops (1 inch thick)
COMBINE the coffee, molasses, vinegar, mustard, garlic, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, the ginger, thyme and pork chops in a 1-gallon zip-top bag; seal and shake to combine. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. PREHEAT grill to medium-high. Remove the pork from the bag. Pour the marinade into a saucepan; boil gently over medium-high heat, stirring, until reduced to 1/2 cup, 12 to 15 minutes. Remove the thyme stems. GRILL the pork chops for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145. Let rest for 5 minutes; serve with the glaze.

MEASURE all ingredients out accurately into a shaker. SHAKE and strain into a glass.

COFFEE AND CHOCOLATE CHILI Ingredients

1/3 cup all purpose flour 1 tablespoon salt 1 tablespoon black pepper 2 pounds beef chuck steak cut into small chunks 2 tablespoons oil 1 large vidalia onion small diced 2 medium diced bell peppers 1 diced poblano chile pepper 8 cloves garlic smashed 3 tablespoon chili powder 1 tablespoon ground cumin 1 tablespoon ground coriander 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 2 cups cold brew coffee 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes 15 oz. can red kidney beans 2 chipotle peppers in adobo finely chopped 1/2 cup dark chocolate 70%, roughly chopped salt & pepper to taste
Combine flour, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix together. Add in the cubed steak and toss to evenly coat. In a large pot heat oil on medium high heat. Shake excess flour mixture off steak cubes and place them in the hot oil being careful to not overcrowd the pot. Flip each cube after 1-2 minutes or until they are browned. Brown all sides and then remove from the pot and place on a paper towel or plate. Add onions to the pot and let them cook down until they’re translucent. Then add in the bell pepper, poblano and garlic and more salt and pepper.

... Directions Continued... Mix together all your spices while vegetables cook down. Once peppers have softened add the spice mixture into the pot and stir. After 3-5 minutes of stirring add in about a cup of the cold brew coffee. Stir vigorously being sure to scrape the bottom and sides of the pan. Add in the rest of the coffee.
Let simmer for about 1.5-2 hours - stirring every once in a while to scrape bits off the bottom of the pot. After 1.5-2 hours remove the lid and stir in your chopped chocolate. Serve with usual chilli condiments (chips, sour cream, cheese etc.)
Add in the can or tomatoes, beans and chipotle peppers. Add the pile of browned beef cubes to the pot and turn the heat to high. After your pot reaches a boil, put the lid on and turn the heat to low.

½ cup of cold brew 2 cups of heavy whipping cream 12 oz of sweetened condensed milk 1 tbsp of Kahlua
MIX together the sweetened condensed milk and cold brew WHIP the cream until stiff peaks begin to form in a separate chilled bowl. FOLD the coffee mixture into the whipped cream and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours before enjoying.

PLAIN ICED TEA RECIPE Ingredients
Directions
5 tablespoons of your favorite loose leaf tea 12 cups of water
FILL infuser with your loose leaf tea and place the filter back into the dispenser. POUR room temperature or cold water over the loose leaf tea into the dispenser. SCREW on the lid and place the dispenser in the fridge. STEEP white or green tea for 8-10 hours and black or oolong tea for 10-14 hours. REMOVE the infuser from the dispenser after steeping has completed and store your tea in the fridge for up to two weeks.

1 tablespoon of fresh ginger 5 tablespoons of ginger preserves
*Follow Plain Iced Tea recipe as a base and make the following changes. FILL infuser with Lapsang Souchong tea (or another similar smoky flavored tea) . ADD in 1 tablespoon of fresh cut ginger. STEEP for 8-14 hours. REMOVE filter and tea and whisk 5 tablespoons of ginger preserves into the finished tea.

¾ pound of halved strawberries 1 cup of basil 1/3 cup of sugar
*Follow Plain Iced Tea recipe as a base and make the following changes. COMBINE halved strawberries, basil and 1/3 cup of sugar (or to taste) in a bowl and muddle with a large wooden spoon or muddler to release juices from the strawberries. FILL the infuser with loose leaf black tea and the strawberrybasil mixture from your bowl and then cover with about 12 cups of water. STEEP for 8-10 hours.

4 lemons 2 cups of fresh raspberries ½ cup of sugar
*Follow Plain Iced Tea recipe as a base and make the following changes. SQUEEZE the juice of four lemons into your empty dispenser. COMBINE 2 cups of fresh raspberries and sugar (or to taste) in a bowl and muddle with a large wooden spoon or muddler to release juices from the raspberries. FILL the infuser with loose leaf black or green tea and the raspberry mixture from your bowl and then cover with about 12 cups of water. STEEP for 8-14 hours.

REGULAR OR COCONUT THAI ICED TEA Ingredients

6 star anise pods 1 teaspoon ground turmeric 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract ½ cup of sweetened condensed milk or sweetened condensed coconut milk
*Follow Plain Iced Tea recipe as a base and make the following changes. BOIL a few cups of your water set aside to make the tea with star anise, turmeric, vanilla. Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from Heat. ADD in Ceylon tea leaves once the mixture is cooled FILL infuser with the mixture and cover with remaining water. STEEP for 8 hours and then remove infuser. STIR sweetened condensed milk into the entire batch of iced tea in the infuser or stir into individual glasses to taste.
