TOM DAUER Born in 1930 and having grown up in the Bavarian alps, Hermann Huber began working at ‘Salewa Leather Items’ at the age of 15. By 1972 he was managing director and internationally known as ‘Mr. Salewa’. At 92 he has retained his enthusiasm, curiosity and drive – a legend in the alpine mountaineering world and a role model for many. This is his astonishing life story. AUSTRIA / 25’
