How We Are Selling This 60 Heifers

LOT A - The Winning Bidder gets to Select their 10 Commercial Heifers out of the 60.

LOT B - The Winning Bidder gets to Select their 10 Commercial Heifers out of the 50 Remaining.

LOT C - The Winning Bidder gets to Select their 10 Commercial Heifers out of the 40 Remaining.

LOT D - The Winning Bidder gets to Select their 10 Commercial Heifers out of the 30 Remaining.

LOT E - The Winning Bidder gets to Select their 10 Commercial Heifers out of the 20 Remaining. The remaining 10 Commercial Heifers will stay at the farm.

These are 60 commercial heifers from our herd and they come from the heart of the program. You will travel a lot of miles to find the quality of these females. The commercial cow herd is one of the best around. Most of these cows are based from raising herdbulls from the great Crescent Creek Rosebud 115F cow. We flushed her and used all of sons to create this cow herd. Very evenly set of brood matrons with great udders and structure. The calves are sired by Baldridge Bronc sons we used from many of our Rosebud cows at the farm. The commercial heifers are very uniform set backed by a great set of cows. They will all be palpated prior to the sale. Sight Unseen Purchase

We are here to sell you the right bull for your program. We believe you need to see for yourself the animals we have on display. However, if you cannot make it to view the animals before sale time. Please contact any of the above sale day numbers and we will find an animal that fits your needs and budget to the best of our ability, all info is kept confidential.

FERTILITY

All bulls are semen tested and the scrotal measurements taken before sale day by a certified veterinarian and will be provided on sale day. Any bulls who are decision deffered will be noted and presented up front before sale time.

Terms Of Sale

Cash or cheques are in Canadian Dollars and all invoices must be settled before delivery of animal is made unless prior arrangements are made. All bulls sold under the Canadian Angus Association standard terms and conditions. In all cases the seller is not responsible for more than what the animal sold for. OBI Livestock Ltd. will be sending out the invoices after the sale is completed.

Delivery

We are offering free delivery within 300 km of farm, over 300 km an arrangement will be made. We will hold the animals free of charge until April 15th after such date the amount of 3.00/day will be charged until delivery or pick up is made. Any animals staying at the farms must be insured. If you pick up your animal within a week of sale day, we are offering $100 dollar refund of your animal purchased.
