INDUCTIONS

Kenect Recruitment ensure that a thorough briefing and induction take place prior to any Worker placement.

Induction Packs

Induction packs are provided that contain a comprehensive resource of all needed information for the job role. This ensures staff are fully informed prior to starting any work placement or position.

H&S Information for Staff

On commencement of a Client contract we request information regarding H&S procedures; risk assessments; hazards on site, control measures; and details of any on site induction programmes for workers. We communicate this to the worker as part of the induction process.

Manual Handling Training

As part of the service to our clients’ Our industrial staff are briefed and inducted on manual handling and safety at work prior to them commencing work on a contract, written tests can also be administered upon request.

I.D. Badges

All Kenect Workers can be issued with identification badges; information contained on an I.D. card to include a Passport sized photograph, Full name, Date of birth, Emergency contact details, Allergies or medication being taken
