The Department of Dance at Kennesaw State University is Georgia’s largest undergraduate dance program, and home to Atlanta’s premiere dance theater. We offer a Bachelor of Arts in Dance, unique professional partnerships, extensive cocurricular activities, and exciting performance and choreographic opportunities.

The 2024-2025 season provides a platform for the outstanding education that students receive at KSU Dance, and we hope that you

will join us in our world-class facilities for our dynamic new season. You will experience high caliber works by our faculty and students, and by nationally and internationally accomplished guest artists.

Our professional presenting season and partnerships distinguish KSU Dance and provide students with unique and valuable experiences to engage with the professional practice of dance.

Double EXPOSURE

Double Exposure proudly presents two world premieres by nationally acclaimed choreographers Tristian Griffin and Christian Denice. Created exclusively for the KSU Dance Company, these works represent the culmination of the Eleo Pomare/Glenn Connor Summer Residency program. This inspiring and dynamic evening of original concert dance promises to push the boundaries of artistic innovation.

MYOKINE

An exceptional dancer, Anne Plamondon also traces her path as a choreographer. Her new creation, Myokine, focuses on the body in its entirety and lets its voice emerge to express very current concerns.

In pursuit of embodying classical ballet’s elegance and harnessing the vibrant energy of contemporary dance, Terminus Modern Ballet Theatre opens its 2025 Spring Season with Duality. The performance showcases two dance works, including a highly-anticipated world premiere by esteemed choreographer Frank Chaves. The extraordinary dancers of Terminus Modern Ballet Theatre, celebrated for their technical prowess and artistic expression, invite you to experience an interconnected world where mind, body, and spirit converge.

NAME-A-SEAT SUPPORT

Friends and patrons have the opportunity to demonstrate their support by naming a seat in the KSU Dance Theater, Stillwell Theater, or in Morgan Concert Hall. Each dedicated seat will be permanently affixed with a plaque bearing your name, business name, or the name of someone you wish to honor. Your contribution of $1,000 per seat will immediately impact the programs of the college and its units at KSU for years to come.
