Tavor Management Rental Program - 2022-2023 The Tavor Management Rental program has been specially designed to maximize rental occupancy through delivering a memorable guest experience, whilst allowing you to relax, knowing that your apartment and guests are in safe hands. Our designated Rental Bookings website www.thalassabeachresort.com showcases all apartments and through our rental partners provides visibility on largest international booking sites such as Airbnb and Booking.com, as well as other worldwide booking sites. Additionally, we are now promoting apartments through local and overseas agencies. Our goals for 2022-2023 are: - Negotiate the best and lowest possible commission rates for online booking sites - Convert as many online travel agents booking sites to direct booking year on year thus saving you payment of the online booking site commissions - Deliver a memorable experience to ensure that we reach a 40% repeat business of return guests year on year - Promoting online reviews on sites like TripAdvisor to increase Thalassa Beach Resort online visibility giving us the edge over the competition - Continually add value to the rental program for you as owners by integrating costs, routinely reviewing tax rates on bookings and adding value to rental rates such as exclusive packages When you sign up to our Rental Program, we will ensure the highest standards of service and quality are met, by including the following in the agreement: 1. Apartment preparation and clean for guest’s arrival 2. Electricity - charged to rental guest, inclusive in rate 3. Departure clean of apartment and laundry of bed linen & towels - charged to rental guest, inclusive in rate 4. Thalassa linens and towels used on all rentals (chargeable once in a year from owner) 5. Routine inventory checks 6. Holding damage deposit for each booking for period of stay - £50 per apartment 7. Monitoring and if necessary, charging deep cleaning fee for smoking inside apartment - £250 per incident 8. Collecting payment from rental guest and crediting owner`s t float account with the booking revenue 9. Signing of contract & payment of governmental rental tax (currently 13%) - payable from owner`s account 10. Guest ‘mini’ welcome packs available for guests on booking £5 – payable from owner`s account 11. Guest arrival and departure service including turning on lights, air conditioner, gas, water and electricity as required
12. Guest concierge service: greeting guests on arrival and farewell on departure 13. Arranging car hire and taxi transfers for guests as well as other services such as babysitting, yoga etc. 14. Dealing with all apartment emergencies and queries during guests’ stay. Not only will your guest benefit from all the above, they will have a clear idea of all the costs before they arrive, so no hidden surprises. The program is based on the following: - Payment of specified commission. - Price matching for rentals on the sites we are listed on. - Private clients passed to us to ensure standards are kept up. - Apartment check for quality of furnishings, electrical items and linen to meet our standards. - Optional accessories updating service and linen. (additional charge) The total commission to be deducted from each booking will be a flat 10% till end of 2022 Prices for renting apartments vary and depending on the season and the number of rental days. All rates include: ● All taxes and resort levies for the duration of stay ● Complimentary water & electricity for duration of stay ● Complimentary unlimited WiFi throughout the entire resort for duration of stay ● Complimentary welcome pack on arrival ● Complimentary apartment spring cleaning prior arrival ● Linen and towels for use during stay ● Fully fitted and equipped kitchenette in each apartment ● Washing machine in each apartment ● Late arrival arrangements ● Complimentary guest service to book airport transfers (chargeable), car hire (chargeable), activities etc. Payment and Cancellation Policy ● £50 deposit taken on arrival, refundable on departure in event of no damages ● £250 deep cleaning fee will be levied for smoking inside the apartment Please note: - Thalassa Beach Resort reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice - All apartment are strictly non-smoking - In the event that any additional taxes, fees or levies are implemented by government, such fees are payable by guest
