Summer Reading Kickoff

Celebrate the beginninng of Summer Reading at the Covington Library. The event will take place in the library parking lot. Parking is available in the Midtown garage (across the street from the library), and validation tickets are available at the circulation desk, while supplies last.
1-3 pm:
Activities - Word art community quilt, face painting, roaming juggler, balloon twister, scavenger hunt and games. Find your voice and record interviews with your family by learning how to use our Oral History Kits.
Eats & Treats - Kona Ice, cotton candy, popcorn, water, tea and lemonade.
1-1:30 pm: Karaoke stage
1:30-2 pm: Heart & Soul Skipper Jump Rope Team
2-3 pm: Zak Morgan concert
