In the workshop, attendees will learn how to lay out, plan and build a model train in any scale even though the instructor will be using O scale gauge for the demonstrations in the workshop. Attendees will learn about design, space and budget considerations as well as portability and vendor sources. In addition to layout construction, attendees will learn the basics of wiring and how to incorporate past and current techniques. Attendees will also learn how to create scenery.

1000 Books Before Kindergarten* BABIES UP TO AGE 5 ONGOING
Help your child develop their vocabulary, build confidence, and be kindergarten ready by taking part in 1000 Books Before Kindergarten. This reading initiative is designed to be self-paced but completed before kindergarten. Earn prizes as you read together! Read a book (any book) to your newborn, infant, or toddler with the goal of reaching 1000 books by the time your child starts kindergarten! Log your books with the Beanstack app (Apple or Google Play) or website.
