HAVE YOU EVER BEEN SITTING IN THE AIRPORT waiting for a flight and realized you forgot a book or your phone battery was too low for the entire flight? Don’t fret! You can now grab a book from Terminal B at the Cincinnati/ Northern Kentucky International Airport. The Airport Library is provided through a regional partnership between the Kenton County Public Library, the Campbell County Public Library, the Boone County Public Library and the Public Library of Cincinnati and Hamilton County and CVG. Travelers can read and relax in the Airport Library or even take the book on their flight. No library card is needed. We know it’s not always possible to return the item, so people are welcome to keep it for their collection. However, books can be returned to the Airport Library or at any branch of the participating libraries. Books in good condition, particularly adult fiction and biographies, and books for children and teens can be donated at any location of the Kenton County Public Library as long as they are marked for the Airport Library. We cannot accept yearbooks, encyclopedias, dictionaries, etc. However, those items can be donated to the Friends of the Library. Airport Library visitors can also find information on downloading audio and eBooks for free. Have you been to the Airport Library? Post a picture, tag us and use the #CVGAirportLibrary. MARCH 2024 7
