Kentwood Real Estate Celebrates 31 Years In Business Denver Real Estate Market Update Through May 2012, Buyers purchased $4.51 Billion in single-family residential and condominium real estate comprised of 16,956 transactions compared to $3.69 Billion in sales and 14,755 transactions in 2011. The Denver MLS closed sales volume was up 22.1% and up 14.9% in transactions. Buyers spent nearly $818.2M more on single-family residential and condominium real estate comprised of 2,201 transactions compared to the previous year. Kentwood Real Estate continues to outperform the Denver MLS for closed sales volume up 51.4% and transactions up 37.5%!
