This resulted in an increase of 12% in transactions and an increase of 13.8% in volume respectively. In January of 2013 the highest sold property was $4,100,000 which is 60% more than the January 2012 highest priced sale of $2,562,500. The number of days on the market is now 10.5% less at 214 days versus 239 days in 2012.
