GREAT DIVIDE BARREL ROOM

The Barrel Bar is the first phase of Great Divide’s major expansion. The new taproom and canning facility boasts 16 beers on tap and a crowler machine that cans beer to go. THE CRUISE ROOM

Inside the historic Oxford Hotel, this martini bar is the definition of cool. It opened the day after prohibition was repealed, making it downtown Denver’s first bar. Art decoration with neon and chrome are the order of the day; many locals refer to it as The Red Room because of the red lighting. Cocktails and martinis are served up by waitresses in 1930s attire. Located in the historic ticketing office inside the Great Hall of Union Station, patrons can now step up to the window and purchase a Colorado craft beer rather than a train ticket to the west coast. The fabulously restored space offers a complete selection of spirits as well as an extensive list of carefully curated wines.
