With 45 years of combined experience, they continue to share the same “why?” They both became Real Estate Professionals because they wanted to help people, and thanks to their expertise, education and relationships, they have guided hundreds of clients through successful transactions. As a result, over 90% of their business comes from repeat clients and referrals.

Having been with Kentwood Real Estate for their entire careers, Brian and Jamie are one the company’s most accomplished teams.

In 2021, they ended the year in the top 150 real estate agents for sales volume in Colorado, and the top 1.5% of all U.S. Real Estate Professionals. For the past 20 years, they have ranked in the top 10% of Denver brokers for sales activity and the top 4% nationwide. They have been Silver Award winners since 2003 for the Denver Board of REALTORS Excellence Awards, and Platinum Award Winners since 2013. In 2022, they were recognized as Diamond Award Winners, the board’s most prestigious award category, with over $40 million in production in 2021. In 2019, Jamie and Brian were selected as power players of Denver Real Estate to highlight and explore the communities they serve on the national TV show, The American Dream. Finally, they have been recognized as “Five Star Real Estate Agents” by 5280 Magazine every year since its inception.

The Harris’ connect with their clients on the most basic emotional and intellectual levels. Whether someone is buying or selling, whether it’s their first or fifth home, whether this is their dream home or just a job relocation, real estate can be exciting, scary, frustrating and exhilarating, depending on the day or even minute. The couple understands that research, marketing and negotiating are a big part of their job, but most important is listening, being resourceful and making the process as smooth as possible.

Now residents of Cherry Hills Village, Brian and Jamie have previously set up house in LoDo, Washington Park, Castle Rock, Cherry Creek and Hilltop. While Google can tell you plenty, there’s just no substitute for having lived in a neighborhood.
