Eco Givat-Shmuel is an urban affordable residential complex for large families. Located near Tel Aviv and Beni-Bark (a Conservative Jewish city) and is part of a new suburban neighborhood. In this project, I led a team of 3 junior architects while coordinating directly with the different auxiliary advisors and Israel’s most extensive residential real-estate entrepreneurs firm. The permit for this project was approved in under a year - record time in my firm and area.

The complex is on a 100,000 ft² lot and has two 22-story buildings and a 3-story underground parking area. Each building contains 114 housing units, ranging from 3 to 7 bedrooms, with six apartments per floor. Additionally, at the 3 top levels, there are luxury penthouses. There is a 30,000 ft² public area between the buildings containing a green space and benches.

We use AutoDesk’s Revit, allowing quick design and efficient coordination with external participants. The project met each deadline and was very profitable for the clients, selling all the first set of apartments in one week.

Proposal for Residential Complex FIRM

The “Herzliya Hills” design project is a luxury residential six-building complex adjacent to a central High Tech center. The center is home to companies like Microsoft and Apple, and the complex is a private neighborhood for the high-income population. This quality project aims to set a new standard for living in central Israel’s Herzliya, a mid-size city.

The complex offers a selection of spacious 3, 4, 4½, 5, 5½, and six rooms apartments across different floors. The residents will enjoy an outdoor park with ornamental pools, a gym, a spa, children’s recreational areas, and a half- Olympic-sized swimming pool with a retractable roof.

The buildings are curvy shaped and surrounded by balconies facing either the city’s public park, the mall, or the sea. The interior of the apartments is in the shape of a square for convenience and standardization. We used the zoning rights efficiently, providing maximum profit to the client.

We created a modern and contemporary space to reinvent and reinvigorate Pier 94. The project brings highly-desired public amenities to the Hudson River Park. The project contains: A lobby, Two event halls, An arrival hall, A restaurant is an industrial kitchen, A pool deck with flexible space, a Prefunction corridor, and A dance club with two mezzanines. The project allows for the integration of a future bridge over Route 9A, connecting DeWitt Clinton Park and Clinton Cove Park. The design will enable visitors to enjoy the stunning Hudson River, George Washington Bridge, and New Jersey views.

An 11- story mixed-use building at 86 Warren Street in Tribeca, Manhattan. The proposed 135foot-tall development will yield 55,017 square feet, with 43,987 square feet designated for commercial use and 11,030 square feet for residential space. The building will have 70 hotel rooms, three meeting rooms, a restaurant, a drawing room, a fitness center, a treatment room, B.O.H, and a screening room.
