Turbo Set 200 small and powerful The most professional among the little autogenous welding kits with disposable bottles. Compact in an elegant metal trolley for a highly effective welding. This Turbo Set gives a greater flexibility for welding, brazing, and heating applications, through a selection of 5 different nozzles. It is ideal for plumbing, air conditioning and refrigerating system repairs. TURBO SET 110, 90 and 30 are fuelled by disposable cylinders and cartridges included in the kits and purchasable everywhere. The oxygen cylinder and the Maxy Gas and Turbo Gas gas cartridges assure a good operating range. The Turbo Gas is a hydrocarbons mixture, particularly powerful and ideal for welding on iron sheets.

BURNERS A wide and complete range of burners is offered:

OT burners, made of brass, producing a pin point flame, ideal for soft brazing works.

TURBO burners, including extensions pipes with air regulation and OT burners

TURBO burners producing a wrapping flame. They are suggested for hard brazing, soldering, thermoplastic forging, copper working.

FE burners, made of iron, with back air inlets and high heating power. They are ideal for waterproofing, hardening and pipe thawing.

Oxyturbo proposes a series of practical professional welders with ergonomic one-handed handgrip, ideal for “do-it-yourself and for soft and hard soldering up to 1.750° C. Supplied with a high output ø 21 mm OT burner. Particularly suitable for small repairs, do- it-yourself jobs, plastic folding and welding, paint stripping and wood drying.

Fuelled by BUTAN/PROPAN 98/2 190 g cartridges.

Manual torches Sensitive to the requirements of installers working in the hydraulics, air conditioning and do-it-yourself fields, Oxyturbo enlarged its programme inserting a new series of particularly performing, flexible and versatile items to afford useful and practical working solutions.

Multipurpose CGA600 torch: powerful and innovative Its spiral flame has been designed to wrap the pipe and reach the temperature of 2010°C. The nozzle is made of brass, the body of aluminium and other stainless steel components to prevent rust. It is provided with a safety button to block the torch maintaining the flame lit and fingers free. After lighting, this torch may be turned upside down immediately, safely and without waste of fuel. It may be fuelled with MAP//PRO 400 g or Maxy Gas 350 g using the proper connector. TÜV/GS approved.

MAP//PRO Highly flammable mixture of propilene. This stable and non toxic gas offers excellent performance to heating, brazing and welding. The cylinder has an escape vent and follows the T-PED regulations related to containers under pressure.

It is specifically designed to test the hermetic sealing of systems using any type of gas. The liquid has a special formula against corrosion for the use on copper, brass and steel. It detects any gas leak forming bubbles or foam. Two versions available: - 400 g aerosol with acc-u-sol valve –display of 12 pcs. - 400 g aerosol with spray valve plus small tube – box of 10 pcs.
