Wedding Coverage Making art out of life and love. We have offered different packages over the years, some of them including albums, and while working with so many couples the resounding opinion we hear is that you want to get as much coverage as possible within your budget. Albums and prints can be purchased later if the budget allows. So we created our package to cater to that desire. We have tons of fabulous extras but our package is based on getting you as many stunning images as possible. What does the package include? Our package includes two photographers for all day coverage. Having two photographers allows one of us to be with the bride and her ladies as they are getting ready and one of us can be with the guys. much electricity in the air. The anticipation is palpable. It is such a different energy from that which happens after the ceremony. It is wonderful getting to document both. Throughout the ceremony and formal portraits having two of us gives you two different angles on your day. We capture images that one photographer just can’t. Is all day coverage 8 hours? No. You have us for as long as you need us on wedding day. We can be there from the first moments of getting ready to the last dance at the reception. Do we get all the images on disc? Yes. You will receive a DVD with all touched-up,
print-ready files formatted for both web and for printing enlargements up to 8 x12. You will be able to print and share as many prints as you would like. We do strongly encourage you to use a professional print lab or order prints from us to ensure highquality, archival prints. For prints over 8x12 we insist on arranging the printing so that we can make sure it is perfect for you. We take our art seriously. Do you post our wedding images online so we can show them to friends and family? Yes. In fact, we create a gorgeous personalized website just for you! It will have a slideshow of your wedding images set to music as well as a gallery where you and your guests can peruse the images at your leisure. We give little momentos to your guests on wedding day that have the web address

We’d like to book you. What do you require for deposit? To reserve our photography services for your wedding day we require a deposit of 50% The remainder is due on wedding day.

Share Your Vision How to get the most out of your wedding photography
Your wedding images should be spectacular depictions of you and your style.
There are a few things you can do before wedding day to help your wedding photos rock. 01. Share, share, share with your wedding photographer. Let us know who you are, what you are all about, and what styles you love. This will help us capture images that you will adore. 02. We have a lengthy list of fabulous loca20 stylus magazine
tions to work with and we are always on the hunt for new stunning places. If there are any locations that have meaning for you as a couple or just a spot that you think will be perfect for your wedding photos, let us know. We will check them out before wedding day to get ideas and to make sure the lighting will be suitable. 03. What shots are a must? Let your photographer know which shots are really important to you. We will make a point of making those photos happen. We are also totally open to collaboration so if you have an idea for a creative photo, by all means, let us know about it! These are some of the neatest ima-
ges because there are a few creative brains working together! 04. Props. I know it sounds cheesy but it doesn’t have to be. Are you a musician? Bring your intrument. Did you meet on the golf course? Bring some clubs. We don’t have to do a ton of images with them but it can really add to the story. 05. Prep your friends & family for our style of photography. This can put them at ease on wedding day and allow them to trust our skills and style. Consider sending an email out with a link to our website so people can get a sense of our skill. People are commonly
anxious about looking bad in photos. It’s nice to reassure them that they are in good hands and they will look fabulous. 06. Trust us. There are some examples on the next page of times when you will just have to trust us. We may ask you to pose in an odd location or it may look like we’re photographing a tree instead of you but in all of these cases, we are just working our magic ;) Roll with the process. All of these points will help to capture images that display you in all of your greatness.

Helpful Hint: Images and photo captions Trust Us. Backlighting Anyone that has tried to take a photo of someone backed into the sun with an automatic camera knows that it doesn’t turn out. However, when you are shooting on manual and you know what you are doing, this same setup can create the most beautiful rim light and make the photo pop.
You want to shoot where?!? This image was taken in an industrial parking lot. Sometimes we see things as they could be not what they are. Just trust us if we pick a bizarre location. By the time we are done with it it will look glamorous!
