Our Commitments: 1. Landscape, Window Screens, Gutters and Downspouts: We conduct pre-construction walks with you to discuss any extra precautionary protection needed for your assets. At this time you will meet the Project Manager that will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of the job through completion. 2. Materials: We offer only the finest materials available to the industry for your construction project. Our materials are shipped directly to your home/job site by our preferred suppliers. 3. Drop Box & Portable Restroom: Aspen Siding & Windows will provide a drop box and portable restroom services to maintain a clean and healthy work environment. 4. Change Orders: Should the scope of your project change, your Project Manager will be available to assist you with Change Orders. 5. Painting: Aspen Siding & Windows is committed to using the highest quality paint to protect your investment. 6. Interior Issues: Our Project Managers will work with you to determine what impact the work being done may have on your interior structure or valuables. Should interior issues arise, your Project Manager will coordinate the appropriate repairs with your schedule. 7. Dry Rot Repair, Insect Infestation, and Mold: Our construction crews are instructed to call our Project Managers at any signs of dry rot, insect infestation, or mold findings to determine a course of action. Your Project Manager will call and inform you of the type and extent of the damage. Either way, we do the job right and we do not “cover up� any problems.
