Props and sound

PROPS AND SOUND I was in charge of the props and sound part of the production. We weren’t largely relying on props for our production since there wasn’t a specific ‘murder weapon(s)’. Although from looking at our story line the props that I think will need to be involved is the ones listed below in the table, also where we got the props from. PROP REASON and SOURCE When Jack holds up the bottle of Jack Daniel, he says’Jack Daniels anyone?’ so we will need it to be an actual JD bottle-‐ already own a bottle no money spending needed Jack Daniels bottle

The pencils are going to be needed as they are the main object in the Charlie Charlie challenge-‐already have some

Pencils Paper

To write the yes/no on for the Charlie Charlie challenge-‐already have Since this is going to be after a Halloween party we want to keep the party environment going with the décor-‐ just use the ones that already own

Some Halloween deco

Cups

To pour the drinks into and add to the party environment-‐ 99p store

In the script Jack mentions eating cake at the end so there will need to actually be cake there to eat-‐ Sainsbury’s/local supermarket

Food

In the script it mentions Kate playing with a dart, so we will need to show that on screen. Darts already owned.

Dart

Jack turns the radio on and will need music provided from that for the party and background Music-‐I already have a retro big radio that we could use.

Radio Phones?

Possibly may have phones involved just considering it is people our age they will tend to be on the phone a lot of the time-‐ using their own

Cloth/blanket

The dark figure needs to be created by a unusual kind of shape that can’t really be recognisable to make the audiences mind wonder.

Most of the props we actually own our self. Our production won’t be much expense since it is based at someone’s house anyway. SOUND We haven’t made a sound track yet for our production. Although we are aware that we will be using the radio for sound-‐ no copyright intended. We will be needing voice recorders to make sure the sound is clear. We could always put some music in the background at this bit if it is not clear enough. We will also need a voice recorder for the characters just to make sure the camera is picking up on every noise they are making. Also for smaller noise which is quite vital to pick up like footsteps or things snapping outside the summer house, so we will need voice recorders for this.
