The MLS helps us promote a property to thousands of New York state real estate agents as well as millions of potential buyers across the country.

The MLS allows us to co-broke to companies in NY that don’t exist in the Hamptons. For example, Century 21 and Remax. They have thousands of agents working across Long Island and the state, and these brokers are happy to come show their buyers your property or refer their buyers to our team.

The MLS allows us to reach the public market via Realtor.com, arguably the top website in the country for real estate. This allow us to reach (and often be the only ones reaching) MLS dominated states such as California and Connecticut. The buying public in many states are used to searching on Realtor.com or the MLS. This often times leaves our MLS properties as a dominate listing because other companies listings are not present there.
