Match Perfect After you review and decide on one of our packages or a la carte offerings, la Belle vie will provide you with a detailed quote for your bridal beauty needs. We will also give you a questionnaire to complete so we may get to know you better and understand your bridal beauty needs and personality. In addition to completing your questionnaire, you will email your la Belle vie representative a picture of yourself as well as a few makeup and hair looks you want on your wedding day. If you haven’t yet decided on a few looks, your la Belle vie representative will help you develop your look. This information is crucial as we want to select a hairstylist and makeup artist who matches your personality and style. Once matched, your la Belle vie representative will email you your artisans’ bio and selected portfolio work for you to review. We will also set up a pretrial beauty consultation call so that you can get to know your artisans before your trial and ask whatever questions you may have. Your Trial A trial typically runs between an hour to an hourand-a-half. This will give you the opportunity to get to know your artist and stylist on a one-to-one basis as well as try out different looks and styles so that you will look picture perfect for your wedding day. Your artisan will also take a photograph of your final decided upon look. Your la Belle vie representative will email you the photo within 2 business days.

The weather was HORRENDOUS that day, but she came early to my home where I was having my trial! FAQâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s Do you travel to the client on the day of the wedding? Is there a fee? Yes. We travel to a client the day of the wedding and typically there is no fee. Our convenient mobile service brings the salon to you, allowing you to save time, money and help you relax on your wedding day. We bring all the equipment, setup, and materials and only use the highest quality of products. Special arrangements can also be made for travel outside the Chicago/Chicagoland area, nationally and internationally. Do you charge for trials? Please view the pricing sheet for trial pricing. What happens at a trial? The trial session is critical to us. We begin with a 15 minute consultation; we request that you collect sample photos of the style of makeup, hair, dress and wedding day colors to bring to the trial session. Having your veil and hair accessories is recommended but not required. We will then re-create the look you desire on your wedding day. Lastly, a photo of the final look will be taken of you and emailed to you within two business days. A typical trial takes between 60-90 minutes. A friend or a family member is welcome to watch the trial. How many trials can I have at my trial? We request that on the day of your trial session you already know the look you want for your wedding day. The trial session is between 60-90 minutes long and we can only accommodate one look within that period of time. If you require additional time to try other looks, an hourly fee is applied. How many trials can I have? Clients usually only require one trial. If you require another trial at a later day, you must pay for a second trial. Can I have my trial the day of my engagement pictures? It is not recommended, unless you wish to have the same wedding look in your engagement pictures. We offer separate photo session hair & makeup services so you may have a fresh, clean, and casual look. Please review our pricing sheet for details. 24

FAQ’s Do you use hair extensions? We recommend 100% human clip-on hair extensions sold at most beauty supply stores. Because hair color is so specific, we require that you purchase you own hair extensions to ensure correct coloring. We will apply the hair extension on the trial or wedding day at no additional application cost. What brand of cosmetic products do you use? We use the top commercial & cinematic cosmetic products in the market such as Chanel, Dior, Guerlain, Yves Saint Laurent, Sisley, Laura Mercier, Bobbi Brown, Aveda, MAC, Stila, Nars, Fresh, Kett, Temptu, Crème da la Mer, and Smashbox to name a few. We keep up with the trends and continue to test new products in the market; only the best products make it into our boxes. Do you offer airbrush application? Airbrush service is available. Please review the pricing sheet for more information. Do you offer eyelash application? We provide wedding parties with natural individual eyelash application for a fee of $25. How long does it take to do hair & makeup? Bride: Hair* & Makeup: 2 hours Hair* or Makeup Only: 1 hour Additional Ladies: Hair* & Makeup: 1.5 hours Hair* or Makeup: 45 minutes * Time allowance regardless of hair length and style. 25

FAQâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s How far in advance should wedding clients make reservations? In the perfect world, six months prior to the wedding date. However, we are able to take last minute requests. In order to maintain the high standards that have become our trademark, we may limit the amount of weddings we take per year. This allows us to focus on one season at a time, providing each client with the time and attention they deserve. How many customers can you serve at one time, if a bride were to book her entire bridal party? We have al large group of highly talented artisans and can accommodate parties of any size. What is your cancellation policy? You may cancel at any time for any reason. Cancellations must be made in writing via email or certified mail. There will be no refund for your trial deposit. After a bride-to-be has a trial, we require the bride to put 50% down of her total services to hold her artist and stylist. A bride has 72 hours to book their artist and stylist. If the bride cancels after booking her artist and stylist, the bride will not be refunded her 50% deposit. Can I request a price quote? Our comprehensive quote will include all fees and an estimated wedding day timeline. We recommend that you have your wedding location & photographer booked prior to requesting a quote from us. We also recommend you discuss who in your bridal party wants their hair and makeup professionally done. We cannot send you an accurate quote if you do not have basic timeline information or bridal party count. Do you require a minimum to book? No. We offer bride only services. Can I make changes to the contract (Adding/removing services, timeline changes, location changes)? Yes, we do not penalize for making revisions to the contract. All revisions to the contract must be made in writing and will be subject to price change and timeline adjustments. The dateline for the last revision to the contract is 30 days before the wedding date. 26
