Service Spotlights

Sidney really deserves a spotlight because she is the only secretary that turned in her secretary report in June and only one who turned them in every single month. Thank you Sidney for your hard work. It’s a pleasure to work with you.

Hannah is the second officer who deserves a shot out because she gave her time to be on every Divisional Council Meeting. Hope to see you on the future DCMs and it’s always nice to work with you!

Relay for Life What is it for?

When?

Where?

Relay for Life is a fundraiser where all benefits go towards cancer research.

Saturday, August 12, 2017 10:00 AM – 10:00 AM Sunday, August 13, 2017

Kelso High School 1904 Allen Street Kelso, WA

What will you do? At least one person from your team will be walking/running the track at all times. Each lap you take around the track is sponsored and raises money for research. They also do a lantern ceremony where each paper lantern you purchase is dedicated to someone who fought cancer. They light them up at night and lay them on the track. When you are not walking around the stadium there are various booths set up around tents in which you will be sleeping.

What should you bring? Sleeping bag, warm cloths, blanket, a little money.
