Letter from your Lt.G Hello, Division 42V! My name is Alina Mirgorodskaya and I am very excited to be the new Lieutenant Governor of such a wonderful division. I can wait do my first District Convention Meeting with all of you. I can make you a promise that once I finish all my projects and AP testing, I will be able to give my full commitment to my division. Once summer comes, we can have a lot of awesome service projects. They will be a great opportunity to improve the communication between our district clubs. Very soon I will get contact information from all seven clubs in our district. How are the new officers doing? I hope all of you are enjoying your positions and that I will be able to meet you all soon. Hope all of you will do well on your AP tests and see you soon! 3

After the regular procedure on Slide 6, we are going to do a project called Spirit Stick. When going to events like DCON, clubs would bring Spirit Gear; items that represent their division. One of them is a Spirit Stick. Since our district doesn’t have one, it would be a good idea to make one on our first DCM as a first step to strengthen relationships between clubs in our division. To the right is the final design of the Spirit Stick. I believe I can bring the skeleton of the stick but if anyone is willing to help by bring cardboard or colored paper, light blue and dark blue, I will be really thankful. Also, I will let you know if the design will change in case I will have problems with the skeleton of the design. You can contact me any time. My contact on Pg. 4. 7
