There have been a repetition of plant species; Duranta and Ixora in particular. Presently, there are no plants in the car park, however, based on the U.W.I Campus Master Plan “parti”(diagrams used to illustrate the new organization of the campus), a lot of trees are seen within plot 6.

The landscape section, “Landscape Structures” (The Campus Master Plan, pg. 86) is vague. Why? The master plan mentions nothing about the types of plants that will be planted within the designated areas of plot 6 or any other area on campus. In addition to the proposed “parti” plans for anthropogenic structures, there is an inventory with the proposed list of buildings. Where is the proposed plant inventory?

In addition to the existing plants 

Shrubs ◦ Caladium ◦ Chlorophytum comosum (snake plant)
