The design approach of this project is to bring together two distinctive features: the park in the neighbourhood and urbanized teritory. Attempting to create an oasis within the city and serve it as a public, to form spaces with configuration of the buildings that separates functional different zones. The use and balance of elements in windows and balconies create a playful and vivid appearance. The form transitions enhances the experience of a building visual movement within a garden. The vertical rhythm of the facade creates connections to the park, subtly defining its context. The layout ensures optimal daylight penetration. The solution for blocking noise and air pollution is building configuration. Gallery type appartment reduces these issues significantly and forms isolated courtyard. There are commercial premises on the ground floor and 83 apartments ranging from one-room flats to four-room flats. The residential building contains apartments with private outdoor spaces.

Among all spaces around us home is the most direct related space to man on a daily basis. The dwellling house style is characterized by exposed glazing, open floor plans, interior-exterior links, wood finishes, flat and pitched roofs combination and orientation to views. Partial atrium allows for much of the space to open up to the outdoors and allows for light to fill the home. The design of the house offers the owner lots of privacy without the house feeling closed in. Also in the central part of the house is an open space-two story living room.

The building is located near the river, in the slope. Hotel is designed by combining two main monolithic volumes: light & dark. These forms merge with the natural environment of pine vegetation. On the south side, the white portion of the building connects to the outside through a grand picture windows, that guides the transition from the artificial to the natural. The whole volume is angled accordingly to the flow of slope. Dark roof creates a silhoutte, draws an inspiration from waving hill and river curves.

04 COMPETITION. FACADE RENOVATION AND DECORATIVE LIGHTING CONCEPT
/WORKED TOGETHER WITH A COLLEAGUE/
The concept took 1st place in competition, organised by “UAB Gaudre. This project will be realised in Vilnius, Lithuania. Company is creating and manufacturing lightning fixtures, so the facade should represent a purpose of the building. It was important to use a unique design in order to attract potential clients.
The tectonic details (metal sheets) are designed to create a vivid view for this commercial building. Here is used positivenegative principle that provides a different perception of the surface, depending on a day time.

The design of the Technology Park has followed the intent of enhancing the architectural landscape of the area. Complex of buildings consists of three structures. The first, which is main building, accomodates offices, conference rooms, workshop rooms, bar/restaurant; the second - exhibition halls with commercial premises and the third is dedicated to accomodation. The main building is composed of volumes that extends horizontally with facades mostly glazed and give lightness and transparency sense.Starting from the overlaped blocks that forms vertical communication axis in the building, each block is streching out towards the different direction.
