At KG1 Forged, our precision forgings are made by a cutting edge 12,000-ton hydraulic press, creating the highest-grade quality 6061-T6 aluminum alloy forgings. Each forging passes a series of tests including impact, bending fatigue, and x-ray ensuring our maximum strength targets.

We now offer specialty precision forgings for the extreme off-road enthusiasts, sport truck fanatics, and the UTV mud and show crowd. Each forging is precisely dialed in for each segment with all the same strengths and high qualities as our standard precision forgings.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

KG1 FORGED was founded to fill the void in the off road market’s heart and soul. We plan to disrupt the way you think about forged off-road wheels. It is now common knowledge forged wheels are safer, stronger, and more durable than conventional cast aluminum wheels. We st and behind our promise to delivery not only through our quality wheels, but quality experiences through our company and our distributors. All Forged wheel orders are final and returns or exchanges will be charged a minimum $100.00 order cancellation fee, order that requests to cancel after it has shipped will be responsible for both shipping charges and 20% restocking fee. KG1 is not responsible for installation, cancellations, or exchanges.

This Warranty is given only to the original consumer/purchaser of KG1 Forged Wheels products. This warranty is not transferable and PROOF OF PURCHASE is required for all warranty work be sure to keep your original invoice. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of wheel, at the discretion of KG1, for any wheels covered under warranty guidelines.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESSED WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING THE WARRANT OF MERCHANT LIABILITY AND THE WARRANT OF FITNESS OF A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. KG1 makes no other warranty beyond that contained in this writing. Except for those warranties that are implied by law that cannot be legally disclaimed, any other warranty is here by expressly disclaimed. No other representation, by any officer, employee or agent of KG1 will be binding upon the company.

KG1 products are warranted to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser/ consumer (deemed to be the date the wheels are received by the purchaser/consumer)owns the wheel. The powder coated wheel finish is warranted to the original purchaser/ consumer for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase to be able to with stand non-hazardous weather and climatic conditions, non-hazardous paved road conditions and typical operating temperatures for normal driving.

To keep your wheels looking like new, regular cleaning is highly recommended,and in adverse weather climates where salt or chemicals are used on the roads, it is mandatory in order to maintain the finish warranty on your wheels. Please follow these guidelines:

1. Never use any chemical-based cleaners or harsh cleaning solutions.

2. Use only mild soap and water with a soft, non-abrasive cloth rag to clean the wheels of dirt and debris.

3. Spray-on, hose off type cleaners are strictly prohibited. Do not clean the wheels when they are still warm from operation of the vehicle allow them to cool before attempting to even hose off. Cleaning them in shade is highly recommended.

4. Polished wheels should be cleaned and polished regularly to keep a high luster shine. Beware of certain car washes and cleaning agents, as they may stain or cloud polished products.

Repairs done by anyone other than KG1 FORGED that involve any of these processes will VOID your warranty and may undermine the structural integrity of the wheels, causing a safety hazard that may result in injury or death.

As a condition of this limited warranty, KG1 Products must be properly installed on the vehicle for which the wheels were intended and manufactured for as specified and agreed to on the Order Confirmation authorized by the consumer/ purchaser, or in the care and mounting instructions provided at the time of delivery, and where applicable, by using the specified lug nuts/bolts or other hardware which maybe supplied by KG1 Forged for such installation. In addition, the tires that are mounted on the wheels must be proper for the vehicle.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

All warranty returns that are reviewed by KG1 Forged Wheels warranty return department and found not to be subject to warranty coverage, will be returned to the sender, without repair or replacement, at the Sender’s expense.

This is a limited warranty. Therefore no warranties or representations, expressed or implied, are made. KG1 Forged Wheels neither assumes or authorizes any dealer, representative or other person or entity to assume for it any obligation or liability in connection with KG1 Forged Wheels products uses or applications. KG1 Forged Wheels further reserves the right to make changes or improvements in design, materials or specifications or make product changes without incurring any obligation to replace, change or improve products manufactured prior to redesign.

For all prices, products and offers, KG1 Forged Wheels reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturing price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances. KG1 Forged Wheels and the KG1 Forged Wheels logo are registered trademarks.

WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO:

Wheels not purchased from an authorized dealer

Any damage or defect caused by abuse, negligence, or accident.

Any damage caused by defective accessories.

Any damage caused by racing, off-road use, or by road hazard impact.

Any wheels that have been repaired or modified.

Any blemishes on the backside of the wheel. Finish warranty covers finished frontside of wheel only.
