The Islamic Maghreb between the arms of the mujahidin and the claws of the crusaders By: Abu Abdul Ilah Ahmed (Head of the political committee and foreign relations of Al-Qaeda Organization in the Islamic Maghreb) The Islamic Maghreb extends from Libya to Mauritania and consists of five countries caused by the dividing of the criminals Sykes and Picot for the Ottoman Khilafah, so when Libya was subjugated to the Italian occupation, France occupied Tunisia, Algeria and a great part of Morocco while Spain kept the ports of Ceuta and Melilla in the north and occupied what is known today as the Western Sahara in the south with parts of Mauritania. After the independence Algeria adopted the socialist methodology in line with the ideology of the dominant stream in the revolution then headed by the traitor Ben Bella and the deceased Boumediene while France handed over the keys of Morocco to king Hassan II after ensuring the continuity of its interests and enabling of the Jewish community the dominates trade and consultation in the royal palace, as for Tunisia it subjugated for the misshapen leader Bourguiba who continued Westernization secularization of Tunisia through different means and made the Muslim Tunisian woman a mean to corrupt the Muslim Tunisian society, as for wounded Libya its trouble is worst and its wound is deeper with the criminal Gaddafi since his ominous coup in 1969 and his complete control of Libya and its resources according to a purposeless primitive method which can only be understood by who finds a way to decipher the Green Book, helping him in that the Petroleum and its revenues which he used in the worst way in recruiting the Popular Committees to promote his superstitions and silencing every free voice before it is rises. The statelets of the Islamic Maghreb after its independence were divided into two streams, a stream that throw itself in the arms of the former Soviet Union as in the case of Algeria and Libya of Gaddafi to their first source of armament and a school for the leaders of their armies and intelligence with an influence of the occupation through its remnants in the administration and army as in the case of the class of La Coaste in Algeria, as for Morocco and Tunisia they remained on
their subordination to the French occupier with the beginning of the American penetration which its influence began in the region from WWII and its establishment of bases in Morocco to start form it to strike the Axis states and its present remained to this day after the marginalization of the French role and reducing it to repeat the same scenario in Tunisia with the arrival of Ben Ali who graduated from the American school to handover Tunisia to the Americans without any war from 1987 the date of him taking governance, then Algeria joined the treacherous convoy with the arrival of Bouteflika who found in the events of 9/11 a window of opportunity to keep Algeria between the claws of the American eagle hoping to get its support in his war against the mujahidin after the world was divided into two camps, and he got what he wanted from support with various weapons and night visions and the known and unknown means of espionage and the field participation when it is necessary as have been acknowledged by the Tawagit of Algeria themselves, in return, the traitor Bouteflika allowed them to open offices for the FBI and CIA in the Algerian capital and military bases in the desert where the American dominance doubled on the sources of petrol and gas through the Halliburton company of the criminal Cheney, as for the expired Gaddafi he found no choice but to prostrate to the idol of the time and giving the keys of Libya to the monkey Condoleezza after he saw Saddam coming out of the hole declaring the end of the era of Arabism and the national leadership, as for Mauritania it remained in the French sphere where the power was shared by contested coups on the benefits of the presidential palace without any significant impact on the Maghrebian arena except increase in treachery by opening an embassy of Israel in broad day light despite the refusal of the Muslim Mauritanian people and the condemnation of all the peoples of the region and its situation today isn’t different from the situation of its sisters in the American era and establishing a command for the forces in Africa to occupy the region. These treacherous regimes have known a strong opposition for its unjust policies and its failed methodologies and the prisons of the apostates were never empty from the reforming worshipers of Allah and this Islamic opposition turned to a jihad with the sword after the tongue was unable to express and the Libyan and Algerian experience were pioneers in this field, and if it wasn’t destined for the Libyan experience to continue for the absence of reasons to continue and the moving of the leadership of the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group to Afghanistan, however the Algerian experience began simple with sheikh Mustafa Bouyali rahimahullah and his movements was crushed in a few years by killing him and the imprisoning his two brothers sheikhs Chebouti and Meliani rahimahumallah
until Allah facilitated the reasons of jihad once again after the events of October 1987 and the transformations which resulted from it that sharpened the relation between the apostate regime which holds to its interests and loyalty to the crusade France and the Moslem youth who are eager to live under the Islamic Sharia at any cost and this is a brief profile about the Algerian experience which turned to Maghrebian project under the banner of Al-Qaeda Organization in the Islamic Maghreb: Similar to all the edges of our uprising Islamic World against the current situation which ended in the hands of a bunch of Zionist Jews and Christians, the Islamic Maghreb is living a bloody struggle with the local apostate governments and the guardians of their grace from the crusaders headed by America the head of Kufr and its ally in oppression France ‘the mother of all evils’ and the struggle began locally between the mujahidin and puppet government in Algeria after the divine Ulema and reforming Daiyahs gave up from reforming the situation of those apostate rulers who acts in opposition to Allah and his messenger who did not hesitate from throwing them in the darkness of the prisons and detaining them in house arrests until their death as happened to sheikh Allama Al-Bashir Al-Brahimi and sheikh Abdullatif Sultani and sheikh Al-Arbawi rahimahumullah so the youth of the Sawha had to search for another solution with this ruling junta and a language that it understands other than the language of Minbars and throats, so a lion from the lions of Islam, we expect him to be so and Allah is his reckoner, sheikh Mustafa Bouyali rahimahullah from the beginning of the eighties and after imprisonment the sheikhs of the Dawah after the gathering in the Central University in the fall of 1982. And if this attempt didn’t continue for long and didn’t reach its desired goal which is establishment of the Islamic state in Algeria it have revived the meanings of pride in the Ummah and ignited the fuse of jihad for the generations that came after the killing of sheikh Mustafa rahimahullah which happened with the events of October 1988 which its schemers in the palace of the regime wanted it a cold war to introduce Western democracy and multiparty system was faced with popular agitation and buried whimper which nearly destroyed the failed state from its foundations and the situation was restored after a few days from attacking the figures of the state and especially the headquarters of the ruling party but it was the silence the precedes the storm since the youth became more proud with their religion and the Islamic Sahwa widened in quality and quantity and the craving to jihad returned to entice many of the youth and with the release of sheikh Meliani and his brothers from the Bouyali rahimahullah group from prison the serious planning to revive the obligation of jihad when
some of the brothers began to go to jihad in the summer of 1991 after the traumatic events of June and the first Jihadi operations in the end of that year and before the cancellation of the elections like the Bani Murad operation in December 1991 in Blida, but the events accelerated with the cancellation of the elections when the Algerian Tagut found himself forced to conduct an unrivaled crackdown to stop the sweeping stream of the Sahwa, and that repression didn’t discourage the sons of Algeria who were raised on the championships of the true revolution of their fathers not the fake one to continue on the path of jihad, and the pace of going to jihad accelerated with the acceleration of pursuits and raids and the mujahidin who were supported by the majority of the Ummah became more powerful and experienced with the passage of days, and the Taqut retreated behind to the point that many of the leaders of Kufr began to pack their bags as they have acknowledged in the sessions of their polytheist parliament after that, but the absence of a rational leadership after the death of the first heroes like Abu Abdullah Ahmed and sheikh Saeed Qari and sheikh Ateya Sayih and others rahimahumullah and it falling in ineligible hands along with what they carried from extreme in religion made the jihad decrease and the methodology of the Kharijites leaked to it which decimated the crops and cattle which gave the coward Tagut a cover that it didn’t dream of to commit against the Moslem Algerian people massacres that are not less horrible than the massacres of Black Water, and the result was more than 20000 missing who no trace appeared from them to this day and double that of dead. With this calamity the regions began to disassociate itself from that aberration and heal its wounds to unit under the banner of the Salafist Group for Preaching and Combat under the leadership of sheikh Abu Musab Dichou rahimahullah who didn’t live long and was succeeded by Hassan Hattab who recoiled after he was dislocated from the leadership in 2003. The events of the blessed 11 September formed a decisive twist in the Algerian Jihadi experience and a station to begin turning the local project to a regional project within the global jihad under the leadership of the sheikh of Islam Osama bin Laden may Allah preserve him and like many of the betrayers the loser Hassan Hattab didn’t support his brothers in Afghanistan so Allah replaced him with the lion of the Aures the carrier of the worries of the Ummah Abu Ibrahim rahimahullah who continued to reunite his brothers in Algeria and began to looked forward to contact Al-Qaeda organization after the statement of support his brothers in wounded Afghanistan which he began his leadership with which
wasn’t long but it planted much with the willing of Allah and resulted after that it joining Al-Qaeda organization under the leadership of Osama may Allah preserve him by his successor sheikh Abu Musab Abdel Wadoud may Allah preserve him which was the joining that changed the course of jihad in Algeria and widened it to the spacious Islamic Maghreb and especially the Sahara and Sahel region which pushed the Americans to enter in a competition with Al-Qaeda organization to control these wie and rich regions, and established for that a branch of Africa Command (AFRICOM) and allocated for that 500 million dollars to finance it expect beside the contributions of the states of the region especially Algeria and Libya and established for them military bases in the Great Sahara and the most famous of them the Djanet base in south east let alone the mercenaries of the security companies which are spread to protect the wells of petroleum and gas and also the offices of CIA and FBI in the Algerian capital with the Algerian authorities continuing to conceal that issue so that it doesn’t raise the sensitivity of its people which still remembers the occupation and its crimes despite the statements of the Americans after that as they were published in the (Foreign Policy) newspaper in the words of the criminal when he said: ‘The United States of America has a military base in Algeria’ without any denial from the treacherous authorities in Algeria which makes the presence of these military bases almost certain even if the American penetration in Algeria after the events of 9/11 cannot be covered by press statements. This leads us to talk about the conflict in this region: its essence, parties, and its geographical field and prospects. 1. the essence of the conflict in the Islamic Maghreb: it is a ring in the chain of our Muslim Ummah struggle with the Zio-Crusader enemy and his agents who apostate from our religion, it is a conflict between two ideologies, an ideology of Tawhid which its banner is carried by the mujahidin for the sake of Allah and the ideology of polytheism and condemnation which is called in this era democracy which the cross worshipers fight for it with shoes from our own people who carried names of kings when in their reality they are Mamluks who don’t have any authority except what their authorizers have allowed of humiliating their peoples and strangling every free voice who thinks of tweeting outside the swarm a tune that wakes the oblivious crowds and spoils on the crowned slave his reign and rule, and what increased the ignition of this conflict the greed of the heads of the major companies who control in today's world who their saliva percolated the
richness of the region with natural resources especially the gas and petroleum and the energy of the future the solar energy the blood of the modern civilization. 2. Parties of the conflict: this conflict is between three parties, Al-Qaeda Organization in the Islamic Maghreb, the Zio-Crusader alliance led by America and France, and the local apostate governments. a- Al-Qaeda Organization in the Islamic Maghreb: gathers under its banner youth from all the countries of the region and especially Algeria the center of its command, Mauritania and Libya, and to a lesser extent Tunisia, Morocco, Mali, Niger and Nigeria, and it is the only Jihadi organization beside ‘Protectors of the Salafi Dawah’ which is a small organization which activity in limited to the Wilayah of Tipaza north west of the Algerian capital and it doesn’t raise the interest of the Western circles for its small size and concern of the local conflict in Algeria, and since the mujahidin gathered under one banner in this wide region is considered a gain to the whole Ummah and fertile land for the leaders of the global jihad and sincere Ulema to form the army of Islam in these quarters, and a serious seeking to build the Islamic state to be a solid brick in the structure of the righteous Khilafah, since the size of Algeria alone forms six times that of Iraq and four times that of Afghanistan also the region is characterized with rugged mountain chains interspersed by big cities and many villages from Tunisia in the far east to Morocco in the far west and a wide Sahara region that extends from the south of the far Maghreb to the south of Libya and it reaches to Sinai and Sudan, and the peoples are on the Islamic Fitrah despite the continuous attempts to deformation and dilution. b- The crusader alliance led by America and France: From two centuries and exactly from the French occupation to Algeria and after it Tunisia and Morocco the region this region became a region of French influence and a strategic depth for France except Libya which was occupied by Italy and some regions of Morocco like Ceuta and Melilla which are still subject to the Spaniards the occupiers of Andalusia but the American influence began in the midst of WWII to penetrate in the region by the American establishing military bases on the Atlantic shores of Morocco under the pretext of fighting Nazism and it remained after the end of the war and turned with time to permanent bases that jostle the French influence and shrink it to remain limited in the cultural aspect and the American greed which monopolize the energy sources leaving crumbs to the French rival, and the same scenario was repeated with Tunisia with the traitor Ben Ali, who graduated from an American Academy, since his arrival to power in 1987, even if
Tunisia despite of its strategic location is less important than Algeria, Morocco and Libya, the American march continued on Algeria after the events of 9/11 when it was allowed an intelligence and military presence and increase of the control on the sources of gas and petroleum in southern Algeria, as for Libya the paper leader Gaddafi could only rush to kiss the American shoe after he was the bogyman Saddam coming out from a hole as if he didn’t taste ownership to keep Libya under the British-American scalpel and make it an important economical partner to America and the third important economical partner to Britain, with reference to the terminological meaning of partner in this case which is cold booty, as for Mauritania except for its shores that are rich with fish it didn’t receive considerable attention when compared with the other statelets despite its cultural following to France in the first place. c- Statelets of the Arab Maghreb: The statelets of the region from Libya to Mauritania gather under a regional gathering that they called the Maghreb Union but it has not from the union except its name for sometimes the corrupt relations between its leaders and at times the interests of the statelets also the Western Sahara conflict is considered the blow that broke the back of this union which only embodied in fighting the mujahidin since it was launched in the beginning of the nineties of the past century to keep their war against Islam a common denominator and the barrier which prevents any escalation with dire consequences which its result will be the flow of weapons and it spread and the liberation of the Muslims from the shackles of the apostate and revolting against it with the sword and keeping an end for its corruption and treachery, and above all that, their fighting against the religion of the Ummah and holding off the governance of its Sharia. The statelets of the Arab Maghreb despite of the disharmony of its dissolute rulers and the difference of their whims are common in several descriptions, the most important of which: 1- war on Islam: It is enough to know that the jails of the Tawagit in these Islamic frontlines were never empty from the reformer from the Ulema, and Dayiahs and pure youth who their crime is that they said our Lord is Allah and (the Command is for none but Allah: He hath commanded that ye worship none but Him) 40 Surah Yusuf, and they wanted for the Moslems to return to live under the shadow of the Sharia the source of our pride in the Dunya and our success in the hereafter and this war was embodied on the following themes:
- replacing the Sharia: The Moslem peoples in these lands aspired to return to Islam after their independence but the dominance of the secularist and Communist elite on the governance in that period consecrated the laws of the occupation and its manmade constitutions that oppose Allah and his messenger which we still gulp its bitterness to this day, as for Libya is tragedy with the Yasaq of Gaddafi is worst, there is no power but in God the High, the Great. - fighting the manifestations of religious commitment: The apostate rulers embodied their hate to Islam and their abhor for religious commitment in fighting its manifestations by every means and especially the beard which letting it growing is strictly prohibited in the army and security services and even in prison it wasn’t spared from prosecution after imprisoning it owner, and the same thing is said about the Islamic dress which became with the beard an address for extremism and backwardness from a secular perspective which is fond of following its white master in his governance, outfit, costume and method of life, as for the Hejab its persecution is even more and the campaign against it is greater and it is still banned in many public places and administrations, especially in Tunisia and Morocco, but the apostate government in Algeria overlooked that matter a little because it is busy in fighting the mujahidin. - spreading indecencies and drugs: That lesion is famous in Morocco, but with the beginning of the jihad in Algeria the Algerian Tagut abounded the pursuit of the dealers of the this lesion and sought to spread it between the ranks of its army and security services which became using it a way to forget the horrors of the war, and between the general youth to dilute them and spread immodesty among them, which what happened indeed to a degree that half the youth of the high schools take it publicly, as for Morocco the situation is from bad to worse in a country that the sissy king wanted to be a den for the corrupters and degenerates under the cover of tourism, which is the same pursued policy in Tunisia where the most important thing is bringing hard currency to the coffers of Ben Ali even if it was from the trade of honors and drugs. - corruption of the Moslem woman: The apostates understood the saying of the prophet peace and blessings be upon him: ‘The first Fitna of Bani Israel was in women, so fear the Dunya and fear the women’ in a reversed understanding because they seek to corrupt the Ummah and dilute it and eliminate the soul of pride, jealously and jihad in it and thus they sought by every mean to corrupt it, and who took the lead of this mission were the leaders of the independence themselves, Bourguiba and his wife in Tunisia, Hassan II and his sister in
Morocco, and Ben Bella by subsidizing the devil of Egypt Nawal El-Saadawi in Algeria, and the spreading of finery and unveiling is still horribly widespread under the affect of the pornographic satellite channels and the intermingling of the sexes in the various aspects of life from the school to the ministries and from the business premises to the major companies, even worse than that is turning the Moslem woman that was honored by Islam and surrounded her with a fence to a commodity that is sold and bought in the market of vice and pleasures sought by the tourists from everywhere, especially Morocco and Tunisia that are breathy behind the hard currency and they have been followed lately by Algeria according to a studied approach to eliminate the soul of jihad in a youth that eluded on the apostate army and its criminal leaders. 2- the policy of steel and fire: We don’t doubt that the jails of Qaddafi, Ben Ali, Bouteflika, the sissy king and Ould Abdel-Aziz resemble an address of an oppressive rule that its words were written with the blood of the prisoners and executed which is still plants horror and fear amidst the suffering oppressed from the poor, deprivation and policy of tyranny especially Morocco where the fear controlled the people to the degree that many of our poor people became convinced that the wall of the house has ears is wiretapped and transferees the news to his majesty, and the same atmosphere looms on Tunisia and in a lesser degree in Libya and the inspection courts of the insane Gaddafi the ‘Popular Committees’, as for Algeria the tyrants have wreaked in it by killing and throwing in prisons and secret and public detention centers and fear have spread in it in a horrible way but the jihad remaining standing kept for those who have zeal a breathing space and shelter and over time the cunning Tagut was forced to seek gaining and amiability of the general public which opened a window of freedom that was exploited by the people to express their refusal for the pursed policies and their demand of increase of the wages based on the incomes of petrol and gas even if that matter is not free from the conflict inside the corridors of the apostate regime itself similar to what happened in October 1988. 3- the public and hidden monarchy: The ruling regimes in Tunisia, Morocco and Algeria after the independence pursued Western and Eastern methods in its image a dictatorship and its essence is a monarchy, and if the monarchy was public in Morocco the bankrupt rulers invented a constitutional monarchy in Tunisia and Algeria where the decision-makers solved the knot of the two terms by making it an endless non-stop terms to the play of farcical elections which are previously decided, as for Gaddafi his dream have extended from the king of Libya to the
king of all Africa despite that he cannot respond to the slap of the prostitute Hillary and before her the monkey Condi but this is the situation of my Ummah which gives pity in the time of defeat and selling of the true manhood in the time of slave trade, and we complain to Allah from an Ummah that ruled the world for centuries became a toy for every pharaoh when it left jihad and abandoned the fields of preparations. 4- the financial corruption: this phenomenon has exacerbated and it became synonymous with the rule of statelets of thieves and a source of enrichment of writers and journalists who agreed on the title: ‘Our friend’ and add to it what you wish from names to read between its pages the stories of 1001 Arabian nights of oppression, plunder and embezzlement which is an inevitable result for the silence of the people and absence of the claimants of their legitimate rights and they forgot the saying of the prophet peace and blessings be upon him: ‘Who have been killed protecting his money is a martyr’. 5- the oppression: A governance which its characteristics what we have mentioned above cannot cease the oppression and implementing the law on the weak and not the nobleman, or how do we explain the thieves of billions remaining at large while the prisons are filled with the thieves of one Dinar and Dirham, not to mention the oppression of the judges in the courts of injustice who rule to who pays more or has a magical interference ‘from above’ as they say here and the Dua of the oppressed ardently to Allah remains the shelter of the weak, and He is about to destroy the oppressors Insha’Allah. 6- subordination to America and France: The region of the Islamic Maghreb is considered a region of French influence through its aging remnants who preferred to stay between us after the independence in addition to its local agents, but America marched to the region under the slogan of globalization to spread its influence through military bases and its petroleum companies, as for Libya it turned from the Italian dominance to the British and American dominance. 8- failure on the ground: Despite the richness of the region with natural minerals, agriculture lands, youth power and the availability of money these statelets couldn’t get out from circle of backwardness and ensuring a decent life for the oppressed peoples and it remained dependent on the global speculative markets even that they import garlic and onions, and the boats of death are only a proof that the people have gave up from these bankrupt criminal governments.
9- abandoning the Palestinian cause: Oftentimes our ears became deaf from the slogans of these sissies about liberating Palestine, all Palestine, and the sissy of Morocco is still laughing at people by presiding over the ‘Al-Quds Committee’ to hand it over and liberate it after all of them recognized Israel and they seek today to add it to the Mediterranean Union under the leadership of Sarkozy the Jew. 10- neglecting Andalusia, Ceuta and Melilla: Morocco and Algeria entered in special relations with Spain the occupier of Andalusia, Ceuta and Melilla, and they are hostile against each other for the Western Sahara which turned to a commercial registration for outbidding in the international forums and a mean of blackmail used by France and America firmly to get political concessions and marketing its expired weapons or gaining more military outlets in these Islamic frontlines‌ So what are the prospects of the struggle in this region? The prospects of the struggle in the region: The Almighty says: (How often has a small party vanquished a numerous host by Allah's permission) 249 Surah Al-Baqara, this is the Sunnah of Allah that which is unconquerable, since the victory is for the believing group even if it was small and the defeat is the punishment of the haughty and even if they gathered armies from the five continents and spent the money of both Qarun and Pharaoh, and thus these armies that are united on fighting us only increases our certainty in the promise of our Lord of aiding us despite we are few, and a steadfastness on a path which by the days increases in us our eagerness to meet our Lord since the victory is ensured and the trade is profitable and the consequence will be for the piety and our brothers and especially the youth have to only come to jihad and overcome the illusion of fear from these sissies who only dominate on us by our abandoning of carrying arms and leaving jihad and deserting the fields of preparations and we have the best lesson in our prophet Mohammed peace and blessings of Allah be upon him then in the Muslim Afghan people how they overcome with their patience and Iman two great empires in less than three decades when they were patient and insisted on victory. The Almighty says: (and surely Allah will help him who helps His cause; most surely Allah is Strong, Mighty) 40 Surah Al-Hajj.
