Invite the poor: This is worst meal of Walima in which rich people are invited while poor people are left out. Make sure to invite all guests, regardless of their economic background.
Invite multiethnic audience: Make your wedding ceremony more representative of Ummah (worldwide community). Invite people belonging from different nations who accepted Islam in marriage.
Gender privacy: You have to provide gender privacy at your wedding. Most women dress up for a wedding and want to enjoy themselves without being watched by strange men. There are various ways to enhance gender privacy such as separate rooms for men and women. You can place curtain in a hall to separate the place or make two distinct places.
Set up hospitality line: Those who will be part of hospitality line must inform in advance. They shouldn’t tell once they reach the wedding hall. When guest started dinner or lunch, a host should approach everyone and ask what they need.
Mind bathrooms: Make sure to request hall management team to have proper cleaning system near a bathroom. Ask them to accommodate place with an extra worker there.
