Executive Summary Planning for the future is such an indispensable skill for youth, especially in their teenage years when most of them are not yet sure whether or not to pursue higher education, what majors to study, or what careers to take on. This project aims to help 70 students in Banteay Meanchey province who are in grade 11-12 expand their perspectives; explore a large variety of options in life beyond what they could observe in their small village; and attain practical skills to plan, analyze, and decide on their future with better information, critical assessment, and supports. Moreover, since the Cambodian Participating Youth and SIC have a large pool of resource persons and connections with other educational institutions, this project also provides an on-going mentoring support to the students in order to help them plan; manage; and lead a more successful academic journey, personal growth, and personal leadership development journey.
