MY ROLE : DESIGN MANAGEMENT + Concept Design Management + Technical Design Management + Making 1/500 Detailed Planning for submision LOCATION: Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long city, Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam SITE AREA: 10,5 Ha PROJECT YEAR: 2018 The New urban area is planned for an apartment building and a townhouse area toghether with a culuture house. The townhouse already handover to custormer in 2019, mean while, appartment building is planned to completion in 2022
