PLAN
CONCEPT Luxury Technology Organized
The fixtures are organized in such a way that each activity has a separate space and also the over all look is synchronized and is forming a pattern. As you enter there are separate sections for dry area and wet area and within those areas activities are organized in a row. First section- wash basin, Second section- WC, Third section- Spa, Fourth Section- bath tub. The fixtures used are mostly technology based giving the feel of luxury. There’s a personal spa, with music system and LED lights. Bathtub with internal lights and whirlpool technology. WC With a Remote for convenience, Digital Faucets, HVAC and geyser installed. Fixtures being white in color make the bathroom look luxurious. The color of floor tiles are golden which again give a very rich look. Wall tiles are cream colored with Border tiles of intricate design pattern. The lights put in the bathroom, can also be adjusted according to the mood. For example soothing dim lights to relax, and jazzy lights to play music and have a good time. The bathroom is very flexible as it’s for 2 users who’s interests are different but their habits are similar.

LIGHT AND THEME
Streets of Europe
The flow of sensuality
We wanted to incorporate two different aspects of Spain, one involving the traditional street with brick work arches and the look of outdoor balcony cafes whereas the other would incorporate a totally different quality depicting sensuality through the delicate movement of the flamenco skirt and the essence of the wine bottles.

The section shows the hierarchy of lower floors being more public and floors on the top being private. The look and feel of the space is very positive and bright due to the natural light coming in from large windows, Wooden furniture and hanging lights give a vintage feel to the space. Arches for windows, entry into the space through the arch, wooden furniture, hanging lights, false ceiling and Italian marble flooring to evoke the feeling of being in a luxury hotel. This space is adjacent to the lobby , a library gives the guest to do something while they are waiting also its very quiet and private. Jali partition also avoids and visual distraction of guests coming and going. The overall look and feel of the space is very outdoor and rustic, with bamboos around as fencing and old wooden chairs and tables. Umbrellas have been provided for the shade.

TAKE AWAY CAFE
The overall look and feel of the space is very grand and luxurious. Luxurious grand couches, false ceiling, ceiling lights, chandelier, Italian marble flooring. Jali work and arches to separate library from reception and also give it more privacy. All doors are of glass again to go with the feel of luxury.
Â
restaurant
The overall look and feel of the space is very soft, subtle and romantic and therefore the colours used are very feminine. The luxurious fine dining restaurant is a combination of all kinds of material like, wooden partition, glass door, Italian marble flooring. Using a mix and match of all kinds of material makes the space special in its own way. There are two entrances one for the outsiders and one for the guests staying in the hotel. Theres a bar with a beautiful view outside of the garden. There are a lot of columns in this space and hence they are used to separate zones using wooden horizontal slats as partition. Enough natural light coming in, also down lights for artificial lighting.
