PRODUCT UPDATE CATALOGUE 2010 A QUICK WORD FROM THE MANAGING DIRECTOR. MGA have been servicing the flat glass and window industries in Ireland, both North & South for over 21 years. In that time we have grown from being a very small business to one of Ireland’s largest suppliers to these industries.

There are a number of factors that have led to this growth trend. We continue to provide the best delivery service that the industry has to offer with our next day delivery policy. We continue to invest in new products and services to keep up to current trends and demands. We invest heavily in technology to help run our business more efficiently, such as the new look MGA website which will be on stream over the coming months. This new web development will allow all our customers to access their own unique pricing structures that are tailor made especially for them. The new site will be directly linked to our invoicing system so when you order there is very little room for error.

It has to be said that the biggest driving force behind our company’s success to date has been the loyalty and support shown to us by our customers over the past 21 years. It is a great thing to be able to say that all in all we are still dealing with the same customers today that we dealt with back in 1988. Clear Double Adhesive Tape This is a highly transparent, polyacrylatebased adhesive tape with adhesive on both sides. lt has excellent adhesiveness immediately after application, quickly offering a high degree of security. XtraCryl has excellent resistance to ageing, weathering, temperature and solvents and is ideal for bonding rough materials as well as for permanently bonding glass, metal, mirrors per DIN EN 1036 and many plastics. Stresses in the adhesive bond are reduced and the strength of the bond increases greatly over time. We especially recommend XtraCryl for mounting laminated glass mirrors and when bonding cast resin panes.

RegaBond Bevel Bonding Adhesive is a high quality, economical grade polymeric adhesive. It has good flexibility and weathering properties. Economical 500ml container.

This material when cured with visible light has a wipeable excess adhesive. High quality, resilient, flexible, photo-initiating polymer, that has similar optical, refractive & light transmission data to float, and bevelled glass. Economical bevel adhesive.

Curing Time Cure the adhesive with an approved UV curing system for 20 seconds. Remove excess adhesive. Provide the 2nd cure for a further 20 seconds.
