Podium finishes for KCC at Gravity Enduro

The return of the Vitus Gravity Enduro Race Series for 2023 picked up where the 2022 season left off with top performances from Killarney Cycling Club riders.

The first round of the event was run in Ballinastoe, County Dublin. A wellknown area for Enduro and Down Hill Mountain Biking activity, there were a number of new trails unveiled for the racing weekend, posing a challenge to all.

Adam Murphy, now in his second year as a U21 racer put in a strong performance to finish on the podium in third place.

The U21 category is quickly becoming one of the most competitive in the Enduro scene, and it's great to see Adam at the fore of the talent.

Patrick Cremin also continued his great form from the 2022 race series to put in some rapid stage times on the day and took home the Bronze Medal in the Senior category.

Jason Murphy used his recent momentum from overseas competition in the biggest category of the day to take a very fine second place in the Masters. Up and coming talent, Paddy Moore continued to learn his race craft at the highest level of competition and finished the five stages towards the top half of the U17 field.
