Each recovery session takes 1 hour and involves clients moving around our recovery room using our recovery equipment Start by taking the plunge in our CryoSpa ice bath, followed by a relaxing dip in our Hot Tub. Next up us our 60 degree Infrared Sauna. Finish up with a cup of tea or coffee and 30 minutes of a pulse leg massage in our NormaTec Compression Boots.
