Prince Harry's US visa faces legal challenge amidst drug controversy

Prince Harry, never far from the headlines, finds himself embroiled in a legal battle over his visa application in the United States.

The US government is set to appear in court next week to address inquiries surrounding the Duke of Sussex's application, which has sparked controversy due to his candid revelations about past drug use in his tell-all memoir.

Earlier this year, an immigration expert stated that if the Prince failed to disclose his drug use during the application process, his residency in the US could have been denied. Furthermore, if it is discovered that false information was provided, his visa could face revocation.

In his autobiography titled "Spare" and subsequent television interviews, Prince Harry openly admitted to past cocaine, cannabis, and magic mushroom use. Notably, he detailed consuming magic mushroom chocolates at a party in 2016, an act that is illegal in the US.
