LETTERS Got something to say?

This time around, Wally spent a good six-years constructing version 2.0. It wasn’t all fun and games however, as Wally juggled family life and other responsibilities to get the job done, trying not to lose interest in the process. Thankfully, he hung in there and when pics first started to appear online, the Pro-Street community around the world went into meltdown. For Wally though, presenting the Daytona for the first time amongst the Pro-Street brotherhood at the 2021 Street Machine Nationals in DuQuoin was the most memorable experience so far. And whilst most people have only seen Wally idling around motorsport venues, he has finally hit the track for some fun! Check out the burnout pic! Of course, being a US-spec Pro-Street car, there’s always going to be a little cruising on the street as well. I guess we have to thank the owner of Wally’s original Daytona for saying no to Wally’s plea to sell it. Imagine though, having those two cars together on Pro-Street Alley in DuQuoin, 2023! We can dream, right?

They say red cars are fast and if that’s true, this red car looks like it’s doing warp speed just sitting there!
