In this assignment, examine and analyze the process used to evaluate leaders in a specific organization. Obtain a copy of a leadership performance appraisal form from an organization. To do so, contact an organization’s human resource department or conduct an Internet search. Once you have obtained a sample form, provide the following: 1. A brief summary and overview of the form. 2. Identify any gaps in the knowledge and skills assessed. 3. Compare the form to the different techniques used to measure leadership effectiveness. 4.
