WELCOME to the end of the first half of 2023!! Kim & Lin Logan Real Estate has crunched the numbers so you don’t have to! We have prepared a snap-shot comparison of the JAN-May 2023 with Jan-May 2022 for the LAKE SINCLAIR MARKET. While there is a Slight difference in numbers, we are seeing a very similar market in 2023 as we saw in 2022 at this same time.

The biggest difference lies in the number of homes sold. This is mostly because INVENTORY remains at an all time low, which keeps demand high. Lake Sinclair continues to be a bargain compared to other lakes in Georgia! It’s a great time to sell & a great time to buy on LAKE SINCLAIR!
