Scott Schuman Born: Indiana, USA Interests: Sales associate at the popular 1980s chain Chess King. Studies: Indiana University/ degree in apparel merchandising and a minor in costume construction. Work: Scott owns a showroom where he use to work as Director of men's fashion 2005 The Sartorialist / Scott started to shot people in New York. The mission is take photos of people on the street who dressed different, people who caught his eye.


Philosophy “I thought I could shoot people on the street the way designers looked at people, and get and give inspiration to lots of people in the process. My only strategy when I began The Sartorialist was to try and shoot style in a way that I knew most designers hunted for inspiration� Scott Shuman


The strategy: shoot style in a way that most designers hunted for inspiration. Where: New York, Stockholm, Tokyo, Paris etc. Mostly he shoot around fashion weeks. 2007 He was named one of AskMen.com's Top 49 Men of the year 2008 Scott appeared as a model in Gap's fall campaign Schumann Helped launch Burberry's 'Art of the Trench' project.
