Many times, when determining how to price your home, you will consider certain factors, such as how much you initially paid, the improvements you have made, your need for money, the cost to rebuild your home today and your personal attachment to the property. While some of these points are true, they are not valid when deciding on the right price.

By researching what other properties are selling for in your area (Comparative Market Analysis), we can find out what a buyer would be willing to pay for your home. Setting Up Your Appointment. When we schedule your appointment, our team will review a short list of questions with you to help us establish your initial needs. Listing Appointment. One of our Listing Specialists will come to your home and go over the selling processes and services, as well as review a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). At this point, you will sign your listing contract and complete all necessary paperwork to list your home.

In-Home Marketing Appointment. Our In-Home Marketing Specialist will come to your home to take photos, measurements and provide staging advice that will prepare your home to appeal to potential buyers. A lock box will be placed on your door and a sign placed in your yard.

In-Office Listing Coordination. Our Listing Coordinator will enter your home’s information into the North Texas Real Eestate Information System (NTREIS), MLS, and the many other web sites we use to market your home. They will also place your home in the Centralized Showing Service (CSS) - which will allow agents to schedule showing appointments. You will also receive feedback from these showings which will give us valuable information as to how potential buyers view your home.

On The Market. Your home is presented to the buying market, ready for potential home buyers to submit an offer. It is important to be as flexible as possible when it comes to showings.

An Offer is Submitted on Your Home. Ultimately, an offer for your home will be submitted by a potential buyer and we will guide you through the final processes of selling your home with the best financial results possible.
