We will watch for price drops on properties that you like but were more than you wanted to spend.

Make a list of must-have to help you narrow your home search. Features such as:

• Location • Bedrooms • Baths • Garage space • Style • Levels • Backyard • Age of home • Remodeled or fixer

All of this can add to the enjoyment of your home. Just as important is how the house is designed and the layout should suit your needs.
