How to make it:
1.
With the seasoning of your choice, add 2 tablespoons of salt, a dash of pepper, and sugar into a mixing bowl. After stirring, evenly coat the meat by rubbing the mixture all over it. Make sure that the beef is patted dry first before coating it with the seasoning mixture.
2. Prepare the baby potatoes for air frying. Toss them in a separate bowl along with salt, onion, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, and oil. Put them in the air fry basket.
3. Here, we’ll use Ninja DT251’s dedicated thermometer. Plug it, select the option “Whole Roast” and set the temperature to 400°F. Next is to press “Preset” and go to the “Function” button wherein you’ll see “Beef”. Doing so will help you determine the doneness you want your roast to have. Now horizontally insert the thermometer into the thickest part of the beef. Press “Start”.
4. Set the included roast tray on the sheet pan then put the roast on the tray. Once preheating is done, put the pan on the wire rack and slide it into the 4th rack. Close the oven and the cooking will start. Wait for it to beep and it’s all done! Transfer the roast to another pan to rest but don’t remove the thermometer yet until it has reached the preferred doneness.
