This project was my bachelor thesis. I tried to study and analyze the ex perience of people in the dentistry atmosphere and offer a solution in a research-based design process.
The old 3 levels residential building, located in a rich district of Tehran is chosen to be turned into a dental spa. This complex offers spa and massage service besides dental treatment for the patients. There is also a Teahouse where people can order different herbal teas to drink. Therefore they will get men tally and physically relaxed before their dental treatment process.

Nima is a singer, guitar player and, a member of a POP-ROCK band. He is so professional in his job. He should really pay attention to his appearance and style because of his live perfor mances.
Nima has an important performance on a TV show program at the weekend but, just recognized that his teeth are in an inappropriate situation and need professional cleaning in dentistry. He is not sure if he can get an appoint ment this week. He had to do it at least one time per year but he rarely visits a dentist as he has bad memories from dental clinics since childhood. Normally he goes to dentistry whenev er he feels pain which is too late! If he would have two dental checkups per year, then he doesn’t need to pay too much money for dental treatment and wouldn’t suffer from tooth pain!
She is a residence of Faham, a small village near Tehran and she drives 25km to her office every day which takes up to 1.5 hour per way due to traffic jam The way makes her tired besides her stressful job!
Nadia has a case about custody and should go to the court to defend the mother’s right today which is so stressful and in the afternoon she has a den tistry appointment. She had to leave her house earlier in order not to stock in a traffic jam so, she slept less and the court session has made her so tired, too. She doesn’t like dental treatment and the anesthesia and the pain after it that remains for a couple of hours. Moreover, she has to drive back home and again there will be a traffic jam. She wishes if something would help her be more relaxed.

Reduced stress is a benefit often gained through massage. Stress can be both physical and mental. Stress can physically occur within muscles after injury or overuse causing a buildup of tension resulting in an increase in pain. Stress can occur mentally due to restricted move ment, pain or the Fear. Mental stress is caused by a hormone called cortisol which can also increase anxiety and depression. Where small amounts of stress can be good for a person, too much stress can cause pain, fear of returning to sport of injury and self-doubt.
The physiological effects that most commonly occur during a massage to help reduce stress include increased endorphins, serotonin and dopamine, decreased cortisol and increased tissue elasticity. An increase in endorphins, serotonin and dopamine occurs during a massage to reduce stress.
Shiatsu massage is best for people who want to feel relaxed and relieve stress, pain, and tension. It’s a Japanese type of massage that: promotes emotional and physical calm and relaxation. helps to relieve stress, anxiety, and depression
Swedish massage is a gentle type of full-body massage that’s ideal for people who: are new to massage, have a lot of tension, are sensitive to touch. It can help release muscle knots, and it’s also a good choice for when you want to fully relax during a massage.
Hot stone massage is best for people who have muscle pain and tension or who simply want to relax. This type of therapeutic massage is similar to a Swedish massage, only the massage therapist uses heated stones in lieu of or in addition to their hands. It eases muscle tension, improves blood flow, and relieves pain by using heated stones. Hot stone massage may help ease muscle tension, improve blood flow, alleviate pain, promote relaxation and, relieve stress.
Some herbal teas can help take the edge off occasional stress and anxiety, while others may be better used as a routine complementary therapy for an underlying condition.

One research which has been publiched on Global journal on health sceince found that valerian extract reduced anxiety in women undergoing a medical procedure.

Why? To decrease phone calls, saving time and energy, have a faster ans easier inquiry, and order process. When? At the time, the sales representa tive wants to ask about a product or place an order.
How? They just need internet and a smartphone to easily download the app from vinyflex website install and use it.

He needs to call the headquarter 10-15 times a day to ask for the availability of products and sometimes the lines are busy and he should wait and call several times.
He is directly in touch with the customers and needs to make a call and ask for availa bility of the products each time that people in his shop want to buy something.

I joined this challenge during my master studies in Wismar, I designed and made a luminaire based on a song.
First,I created a scenario for my chosen songs, then I had some mockups to finalize the materials.
Finally, I made our own Fixture snd presented it by the harbor of Wismar.
“Angel” is a song by English trip hop group, Massive Attack. It features lead vocals and songwriting from Horace Andy.

Mussel shells are the solution. They are from the Baltic Sea and related to the habor. They are a kind of food so, related to the restaurant and their form repre sents the wings of an Angel.

A Modular lighting fixture 2018
Inspired by Mandala geometries, this 2 functional wall-mounted luminaire was designed. There are 4 modules of this fixture that allows the user to create ge ometrical patterns with light beams Which instils a sense of a sanctum for the plant on the shelf.
The body of the fixture can be made both from MDF or PVC sheets and the wire and power supplier are integrated into the back part.
Based on the Motto ‘Together we are stronger than MS’, I designed this poster that shows other people of the society with black footprints stand next to MS patients in rows to support them. in the first line we also see prints of mobility aid and wheelchair. Orange is the official colour For MS.
