2018 saw the 7th edition of the Customer Experience Management Africa Summit. With more than 600 attendees across 200 plus companies gathered in Cape Town to share their passion for customer experience. This flagship summit has always been very popular with the retail and financial services industries, and this year was no different with these two sectors accounting for 34% of all attendees.

The sponsorship participation at CEM 2018 was incredible, by far our largest contingent of specialist customer experience technology providers, consultants and research companies. This created an exceptionally vibrant and diverse networking floor that supported the workshops. The event feedback from delegates was outstanding with an NPS of 8.5 and a host of companies already in the process of rebooking for the 2019 event.
