We LISTEN to your needs and then by UNDERSTANDING the brief we can deliver a better designed solution for your office space. Kinetic Workplace Design will become a virtual member of your office move team during this process and work with you to better understand your business culture, staff and aspirations so we can apply these to the finished office interior space. We are passionate about design and have over 25 years of experience and knowledge within the office interiors world. With this experience we can procure from sources best placed to meet client office design requirements and deliver a fit-out or refurbishment on a fixed price and competitive basis to meet client budget. We are financially sound and comfortable working on projects ranging from the supply of an office chair to ÂŁ2 million project as completed recently for Qantas Airways at Terminal 3 Heathrow.
What we do We provide services and products to interior design, fit-out and/or refurbish your office space. We can source and provide new office furniture and relocate your business as part of a complete package. We project manage every element of this process for you to any level of involvement that you wish, from concept to completion and always deliver on time and to the agreed budget. We are immensely proud of the offices we create and the best results are always developed with client s having a input and integral part in the design process. We build and retain good, long term relationships with our clients and don't just wave goodbye once the relocation or refurbishment is over, we keep in touch and provide ongoing support as required. How do we do this ? We deliver inspirational interiors by assigning one team to a client project for its entirety from design, build right through to handover. The Kinetic Project Process clearly defines all the steps to a successful office refurbishment or relocation. We create and issue internal tenders to all our approved suppliers and contractors for each project discipline. This ensures we are very competitive in our pricing structure. We deliver the signed off project proposal for the agreed fixed price without any hidden project extras. Kinetic act as principal contractor to look after all elements of Health and Safety, CDM compliance and Local Authority approval. We make all clients aware of their project responsibilities and then we manage the process. We leave the client to concentrate on their core business and we liaise on their behalf with landlords agents and Local Authorities. By issuing a Landlords pack including scope of works we can speed up the lengthy legal process. We look after the Building Approvals via our partners Butler & Young.
