In 2012 we saw the rise of quad trailers. KR team riders Joel Parkinson and Ace Buchan trialled a multitude of designs in a variety of boards in all surf conditions. We believe that we have designed a range of trailers that will perform in all conditions and in any board ranging from big wave guns through to small wave grovellers. The KR Trailers are specifically designed to coordinate back with the team rider signature fins in the thruster range. Both trailer options have a lower rake and thinner tip so you can expect to feel a lot of drive and in cleaner perfect waves, and on the flip side performs exceptionally well in shorter/ wider board models that are designed for small & junky conditions KR trailers have been the ultimate accessory for surfers who love to mix things up between thruster and quad surfing

This template is a scaled down version of the Parko signature fin. Specifically designed for smaller surfers, smaller waves or narrow tails in high performance boards. This template was also used by Ace Buchan is his 2013 victory at Teahupoo Tahiti.

This template is more suitable for bigger surfers that exceed 78kgs/ 172lbs. This trailer is commonly used by Joel Parko in high performance models in bigger barrelling conditions like Bali, Tahiti and Fiji. Also a great option for really small/ wide models with wider tails for extra drive in small waves

Vertical carbon strands add control from base to tip along the leading edge, this technique allows the back half of the fin to twist for additional acceleration out of turns. We have also increased the surface area of 3k carbon in the base offering added stability. 85-100 kg or 185-220 lbs.

The JP-5.0 has been carefully re-scaled and adjusted to precisely replicate the larger JP-5’s performance for lighter or less powerful surfers. Recommended for surfers between 55-75 kg or 120-165lbs.

The new arrival of the JP-5.1 completes the Parko Signature range, giving a wide variety of surfers the opportunity to ride the most popular ever template in the Kinetik Racing range. Recommended for surfers between 45-65 kg or 99-143 lbs.

ACE BUCHAN AB-ONE Ace Buchan is one of the fastest and most precise rail surfers on the World surfing tour. KR has benefited from Ace using a variety of medium signature fins through to Parko large. Based on Ace’s research, response and feedback during the past 2 years, we believe that we have produced a winning design that combines all of Ace’s favourites tied into one model.

AB-ONE Its carbon placement is critical to the balance of the fins characteristics. The added height of the 3K carbon extends the strong “backbone” of the fin to ensure stability and controlled flex. Dusty’s blend of innovation and Hawaiian style power surfing led KR on the hunt for a new all-round performance template. The DUSTY P signature fin has medium size dimensions with a little more rake than most giving added drive. This rake combined with a reduction in base width allows the fin to pivot and release while maintaining its speed.

The latest update to the AI Forever signature fin offers the same proven template. We have updated the colours and added the new and stiffer KR 3K weave carbon matt that is now used throughout the entire KR carbon series.

AI-2.1 The AI-2.1 is the ultimate medium fin that offers drive and composure to a large variety of surfers in and around the medium size and weight.
