C Group is a property developer engaged in the creation of high specification, beautifully designed buildings and interiors in prime destinations C Group Developments was set up over 2 years ago by its two Founders with over 40 years’ experience in residential development to capitalise on residential development opportunities available in Central London. Since its inception 2 years ago, C group has acquired 3 developments in prime central London and built a pipeline of developments, establishing deal origination and deliverability. C Group’s strategy is to establish an allocated source of equity funding (£100m) that will enable the company to progress its pipeline and enhance the ability to secure further opportunities.
The Development strategy is focused on prime and central London residential developments, which will offer a range of services depending on location including concierge service, leisure facilities and private parking. Location and product are key ingredients to create a product that appeals to international and domestic markets.

Responsibilities included deal sourcing, concept development, design and marketing. He practised corporate finance law in new york and worked on deals in excess of $30 billon.
Former MD of Capital and Regional plc an asset manager and property investment group. He has extensive experience in property fund management including structural and financial planning, construction, fund governance and investor relations. He has developed over 5 million sq ft of commercial real estate in the UK, Europe and South Africa.
CHRISTOPHER BROWN COO and Founding Director
MARC TITMUS MATHER Structured Finance
Established a construction /development company and PM consultancy business, with a focus on high‐ end London residential property and development consultancy in Europe. He was European Project Director to a Saudi PFO, and strategic consultant on a range of destination resorts including a $1.5 billion project in Turkey.
Marc worked as a principal and investment banker on a Pan‐European basis for 10 years. He has led teams focusing on both public and private real estate mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, debt financings, restructuring and distressed sales, and principal investments. Marc is currently a Director at GI Partners.
André Mansoori-Dara Sales and Marketing With over 16 years in Sales and Marketing of which 12 years was spent as head of sales and marketing with a leading uk residential developer. His main responsibilities included brand development and marketing for the group and all developments. As Head of investor sales he negotiated sales in excess of £500 million and over the years has established strong global connections in the property industry.

Previously, he worked as a property developer with Tishman Speyer Europe and as a real estate investment banking Director with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, ABN Amro, and NIBC Real Estate Investment Management, where he was Head of UK Real Estate Investment Banking and Principal Investments.
Charlotte Robb Design Founder of Lawson Robb, a leading architecture and interior design practice formed in 2003, specialising in the design and delivery of high end residential homes, apartments and houses in London and overseas.

FOUNDER PROFILES ROSSANO MANSOORI-DARA Rossano Mansoori-Dara was educated at Ampleforth College, Yorkshire and Downing College, Cambridge where he received a Masters in Law. He went on to qualify as a Barrister in the UK and also an Attorney in New York. From 1987 to 1994 he practised Corporate Finance Law for both Willkie Farr & Gallagher and Rogers & Wells, New York where he worked on deals in excess of $30 billion. In 1994 he was a founder of a residential property business which became one of the premier niche residential development companies in the UK with over £1 billion worth of development under construction or in the pipeline in the UK. He is a founding partner working alongside Christopher Brown in establishing C Group with a focus on deal origination, branding, marketing and sales.
CHRISTOPHER BROWN Christopher Brown was educated at Haileybury College and St Edmunds Hall, Oxford where he received an MA in Engineering Science. From 1985 to 2005 he established a construction development and consultancy business, focused on high end residential London property and advising on destination leisure development. In 2003 he founded a property development company Life Properties which developed award winning homes in the Home Counties. He was an advisor to a Saudi PFO on acquisition and disposal of over £40 million commercial property and the development of £30 million of prime London residential property. International consultancy projects include resort development in Portugal and Tuscany. As a senior associate to Locum Consulting he provided destination strategic advice on projects ranging from Theme Park in Italy, hospitality development in Eastern Europe and a $1.5 billion resort project in Turkey. He is a founding partner working alongside Ross Mansoori-Dara in establishing C Group with a focus on appraising new opportunities financial analysis and development management.
