MAIN CHARACTERS

TAKI

Taki is a young kitten with a foggy memory of his origins and a head full of dreams. Newly recruited to the world of bodega cats, he’s eager to make his mark and defend his bodega with expertise. Despite his ambition, he’s got a lot to learn about the neighborhood and the unspoken rules that govern the tight-knit bodega cat society.

SULA

Sula, a sleek, black cat, has kept her bodega running for years with a cool demeanor and a keen sense of the neighborhood’s pulse. Though she seems aloof, she quickly warmed to Taki’s infectious enthusiasm and has taken him under her wing (or paw) to teach him the ropes—not just about being a bodega cat but about cat life in general.
