Welcome

Well we made it by God’s grace and favor to see the end of another year and walk into the beginning of a new one! None of us would have correctly guessed all of the events of this year, but we are all thankful to God for His continued presence in our lives throughout this year. As we move toward the end of the year, we will be celebrating Advent Season – a time of anticipation and preparation of the birth of Christ, marked by hope, peace, joy, and love – with our small groups and of course our weekend worship experiences. It is so good to be able to worship as a family again on Sunday mornings. I am thankful to our teams for working carefully and diligently in order to have us worship safely on Sunday mornings. Our team has done such a great job that we are able to increase the capacity on Sunday mornings at our 8:00 am and 10:00 am worship experiences. As we continue to worship in-person on Sundays we will also have our Christmas Eve Candlelight Service in-person and online on Friday, December 24th at 7:00 pm. And then on December 31st at 7:00 pm and 10:00 pm we will have our Watch Night worship experiences as we enter into the new year as a Kingdom Church family. I invite you to pray about who to invite and bring with you to these worship experiences. What a joy it would be for your guests to share in this blessing. I am believing that God is going to do a new thing for us here at Kingdom. Not only are we excited about these worship experiences coming up this month, but also about the ministry opportunities that you will find in the pages of this Gather Guide. Our teams have been working on everything from more Vaccination Clinics to study opportunities for you and your family, as well as updates on our Kingdom Builders Campaign. Let me pause here and say how proud I am of you as a congregation for your faithfulness to God and our Kingdom Worship Center. This building is going to be the beginning of the great work that God will allow us to do as we impact this region and the world.

I am not sure if I can be any more excited about what God is doing here in the life of Kingdom Fellowship AME Church, with our Kingdom Worship Center, Kingdom Office Center and Kingdom Care Center. To God Be The Glory for the great things God has done and the great things that are on the way as we all remain Kingdom Focused!
