You and I were born to lead

God commanded both male and female to have dominion Gen. 1: 27 Leadership is not gender specific.

We are to rule over the earth, but not necessarily over each other. Gen.1: 28

All of us are to serve one another in the areas of our gifting and purpose. Gen. 1 29,30

God created everything for a purpose. Our general purpose is to lead, but each of us should ask God, “Lord, what’s my specific purpose?”

When we discover our gifts, we will naturally lead in those areas we are most productive, intuitive, comfortable, influential and satisfied.

Purpose and passion • Deut. 4: 32-40. Moses convinced the people they would enter the land together; cooperatively they could accomplish the vision. • Moses called the Israelites to do what ever it took to enter the land.

Prayer Focus • Father, In the name of Jesus, I surrender myself to walk in the Word. Your word living in me produces the Life in this world. • The word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. It makes my way plain before me. • I boldly and confidently say that my heart is fixed and established on the solid foundation – the Living Word of God!
